Cozy place to stay
Very central. Everything is only 5 min away. Staff very friendly. Only negative is the noise of music from the club. I was on 3 rd floor. I did not feel it.

There is a bar with super loud music every night right underneath the hotel. We could hear the music from the 3rd floor. Very poor Wifi. Excellent staff

Excellent location in heart of Panaji.
Design of room and bathroom is excellent but signs of poor maintenance are there. There is mold in the bathroom and shower requiring deep cleaning, a simple fix for owner. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Indian breakfast is excellent and satisfying.

Decent enough room, but mediocre otherwise
Room was fine. Clean and comfortable. Good location in the midst of the small town action. Service was not great... seemed like I was a burden when asking basic tourist questions. WiFi in the room was basically useless. Don't let the "British pub" on the ground floor fool you -- it is a nightclub, and a loud one. Menu was bad and overpriced, and music volume was unbearable as early as 6pm. The rocking bass from the dance music awakened me after midnight each night from 4 floors below. This place looks good on the surface, but could do much better.

Friendly and helpful staff. But the hotel is rough around the edges. The place is grimey. The sheets were especially unpleasant. To be fair, the hordes of Indian tourists in town to party made things difficult for everyone. Rooms at the front are super noisy. Better at the back.
