Terrible experience, informed no reservation on arrival at 3am even with paperwork provided, staff were unfriendly and offered no help to resolve. Took an hour until a room was finally found begrudgingly by the man on reception. Room was very poor, dirty and nowhere to leave any valuables. Due to check in experience, ended up moving establishments, would avoid and book an alternative

Room was good as it was told while booking, however there was no breakfast . Although it was mentioned in the booking. May I request you to reimburse the amount accordingly.

Poor hotel not as advertised
Informed hotel of late arriving was assured that reception would be open, it took over half an hour to wake someone to let us in. After the first two days they started to decorate the common areas and outside of the building paint fumes were unacceptable asked to speak to manager he was not available. Second week work commenced on roof garden with a numatic drill working from 8.30am until 5.30pm again asked to talk to manager who was not available yet again. In general the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in Baga for the last 20 years. We checked out of the hotel on Sunday 22nd January as the fumes, dust and noise were just unbearable though we had paid to stay until 26th January. My advice to all travelers is don't stay at this hotel

No frills, but very reasonably priced.
Staff was very helpful. We had to move due to an issue with the ac, but they provided us with a more premium room at no cost. Rooms were clean. Location is very close to baga Beach. Amazing value for money.

DO NOT BOOK - DIRTY AND MAJORITY OF FACILITIES ADV
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in August 2016 and were so disappointed. To begin with we were given a weird pirate themed room that looked nothing like the pictures online but this didn't matter too much. However the towels, room, bathroom and bed linen were all dirty. We had to ask for our towels and linen to be changed which was difficult as no one at the hotel spoke a word of English and even the replacements were not clean. Most of the facilities advertised online also did not exist, there is no roof top bar, no restaurant, no lobby (it's a junk cupboard), no ticket booking service, no buffet breakfast and no tv. The final straw for us was the following day when instead of the buffet breakfast we expected we received a knock at the door and were presented with a plate of stale bread and butter (almost like we were in prison). To be fair we then emailed Expedia who we booked the hotel through and they contacted the owner who arranged for our room to be cleaned and towels and linen to be changed again. On the second day the breakfast was better, toast, jam and fruit, but it still wasn't the buffet breakfast advertised. Location is great right next to the beach but nothing like what is advertised. Would not recommend.
