Excellent property and one of the best in Guwahati. Keep in mund the hotel is further out from main city (ideal for airport). One area if improvement is that the bathrooms need better flushes.

The curtains in the first room did not close completely and when asked the staff responded that it is going to be that way. The shower room door in the first room was not closing resulting in water seeping out of the shower room into all the bathroom. I was told that I will be moved into another room. When I went to the front desk, they were not aware of it and refused to move me for almost 30 minutes. There is a clear break down of communication between the Managers and the staff at the front desk. After checking out from the first room no one came by to give us the key to the new room. We were stranded without a room for almost 30 minutes or 45 minutes. There was again a communication break down between the front desk and the room service staff. They changed my room and gave me another room where the refrigerator was not working. The room maintenance staff is very poorly coordinated. There is a wide spread break down in communication between the room maintenance teams, front desk teams, floor managers. The whole operation is a mess. They need proper training and the chain of responsibilities has to flow among all these departments. I am very sad at the way the staff is working and very unsatisfied with my stay.

In Covid times I was appalled at the open flouting of the mask rules at the property. Guests roamed around all the public areas without masks and the hotel did nothing to stop them - I had to repeatedly point it out

Probably the worst star-hotel in Guwahati
It was ridiculous the way the staff behaved. The worst ever stay in a Radisson for me (and I have stayed in a lot of those). The rude behavior started from the moment I got into the property. The bell boy literally wanted to chase my cab away without letting me get down, saying there was some VIP about to arrive. After a subpar stay with pretty sad breakfast throughout the week, the checkout experience sealed this stay among the worst I have ever experiences.

Very good ghotel with very average food experience
I have been staying at the hotel once a year for the last 4 odd years. The hotel is very maintained and with great facilities. The only thing I absolutely do not like about the hotel is the food at their coffee shop. I have had breakfast there, lunch there and also my dinner. The buffet is very routine with no innovation at all. The food items have remained the same over the four years that I have stayed there. The food is of average quality and taste.
