We booked this property in feb. At check in they gave us a cheaper room on back of hotel.went down to desk told them this is not the correct room. He said your room was booked yesterday.he said there was nothing i could do sorry. I said just refund me i will go somewhere else.he said cant do that you booked through expedia. When i got angry he said i will give you someone elses room.this left me very angry that we even are having this argument.i am still angry and will never stay there again.this manager needs to go to customer service school because he has zero customer service skills.at least they emptied the trash did not make the bed.

This was our second stay. It is nice. The rooms are nice size with separate living area with two TV's. Great for families. Close to all attractions and about 10 min from Dollywood,

Room had multiple lights that did not work and multiple outlets that were not functional. Air temp was much higher than the AC unit inside the room. Pool was murky and cloudy both days. Host made a poinnt to say the building is a couple years old and basically new which only makes those problems worse in comparison. Would not return.

Nice facilities. Overly expensive poor breakfast buffet. Cold food and not well stocked. This kind of breakfast is included with room at other hotels of this type. Felt like we were ripped off. I complained to front desk and they offered nothing.
