Worse property i have ever stayed at. Room smelt bad, dishes were dirty, there was a used towel under the sink, and hair in the shower.

The mattress was terrible. And the staff doesnt speak English at all. I wanted to request to change the room because the middle of mattress was curved.

The location was convenient and the condition of the building was new, but the overall cleanliness of the room was a disappointment. If you need a 4 bed room (4+ people), yes, it's a good option, but if not, I'd recommend booking a hotel nearby as the amenities and cleanliness lacking.

Good location
Very clean apartment with a front desk. It newly opened in September 2020. It's also in a good location in front of a historical house and located close to nightlife, yet very quiet, because it's on the other side of the river.

立地がとても良く、中洲の屋台、キャナルシティ、天神辺りまでは徒歩15分程で行けます。中洲川端の駅も徒歩5分ほどだと思います。ベッドの敷布団が薄く、バネが背中に当たる感じと真ん中が凹んでいるのが不満でした。部屋は普通に清潔です。

部屋の掃除が雑！ シャワールームには髪の毛が落ちてるし、 部屋のスリッパがない！ (一緒に行ったグループの部屋にはちゃんとセットされていた！) 空気清浄機らしきものがあったけど、 洗面台の下に収納されていて埃だらけ… 部屋に入ったらトイレ臭い… ソファーはシミだらけで汚い… 最悪でした… 次はないですね。

チェックインのタブレットが説明不足で分かりにくかったのと、タブレットが小さい上に低い位置にあり入力し難かった。後から来た外国の方はそもそもどうしたら良いのかも分からないようで右往左往してました。 室内はまあまあ綺麗ですが、部屋の吸気口、浴室と洗面所の換気扇のフィルターはホコリがかなり溜まっていました。エアコンの吹き出し口にもホコリ？カビ？のようなものがありました。浴室も一見綺麗ですが、赤カビがあり隅々まで掃除されていないのがわかります。 私はズボラな方なので妥協できる範囲内でしたが、家内はブーブー言ってました。

不乾淨、房間有怪味
一進房間就有個怪味道，床鋪不乾淨，整晚睡起來皮膚很癢、彈簧床已經損壞下陷，一轉身床就發出彈簧的聲音。唯一好處是離熱鬧區域很近。

가성비숙소
세탁기 조리시설 식기 등 있습니다. 샤워부스랑 화장실따로있고 세면대 따로 좋아요 이층침대 별로라하고 소파베드는 괜찮았어요. 침구류는 얼룩이 보입니다.

部屋も清潔で広々として大人5人で滞在しましたが充分でした。 アメニティもありなんといってもドラム式の洗濯機、冷凍庫もついた冷蔵庫で大変助かりました！ ホテルの周りにいいお店が沢山あって遅くまで開いてるのも評価ポイントです！ またぜひ利用したいと思いますし皆さんにお勧めしたいです。

マットレスだけが不満です！ 2段ベッドということもあり、しゃべったりテレビを見たりする時に全員で下のベッドを使うようで、へたり方がびっくりするくらいでした！ マットレスのスプリングが体に当たる感じ… 連泊したので、寝ても疲れが取れないような… マットレスに座らなくてもいいように折りたたみのイスでもあればいいなと思いました。
