The very smallest room I've ever been in. It was clean. Unloading zone held like one car.... Without Google mapping as I drove I never would have made it through the maze of buildings and one way streets. Parking was $35 and a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

I understand that such a hotel probably is what you can expect in the lower manhattan, but still ... very small room, if you sit in a chair, you block the passway of the whole room. bathroom is small, just barely usable. elevator is slow and packed (50 floors). lobby is crowded all the time, it hosts many many airline crews. the washers or dryers are terrible, nobody cleans them, all smells of baby urine, do not use them. service of the bar inside is slowwww. good things are location, location, location, several subway lines, popular sites nearby, lobby computer and printer are awesome.

The hotel was fine: relatively new, clean, less expensive than the midtown hotels, and conveniently accessible to transit. I was less than thrilled with the apparent stinginess when adding elevators to the building: they were almost always full and slow, since the three available covered the entire 50 floor hotel for both guests and staff. Daily housekeeping was a bit understaffed as well: it was perfectly normal to return in late afternoon (after 4pm) from a day out to find housekeeping still hadn’t gotten to the room. Overall a decent hotel, with some minor but persistent annoyances.
