The person in charge (tall heavy build man) of the parking lot was very rude and confrontational. Apparently I entered the parking lot above speed limit and he approached me very unprofessional and with challenging attitude. “Hey dude are you in a hurry? I said excuse me ? You drove too fast slow down. Really? That’s the way to talk to a customer that just arrived to check in? I was the only car in that moment and nobody was walking around. How about “ Sr excused me can you slow down a little bit ? Or something in that line. I didn’t say anything to no escalate the situation because I was with my 11 years old son but it was very embarrassing. If I was alone I’m sure that my response and tone will be very different.

Shuttle bus driver never showed up after 1hr of waiting, called several times and last phone calls they dont even picking up my call. It was late night and cold windy waiting outside airport. I called an uber to get to the hotel. Dont provide any single bottle of water Breakfast, no comment. Bad experience for all the Holiday Inn hotels I had been staying, this one I will never go back and I dont recommend it at ALL.

Stay for just a night at this property! It was a great day! Got a city view room and I loved it! The front desk clerk was very pleasant, kind and thoughtful! Will definitely book for here again! Room was very clean! Would have love to get drinking water in the room though. 🙂

No hot water, no bathroom trash can, outlets in bathroom didn’t work, poor lighting….keys to the room didn’t work, rude staff Had to pay $15/night for parking…neighborhood didn’t feel safe. Tv reception was in and out. I would strongly suggest NOT coming to this hotel, and I will definitely never be coming back

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The cleaning staff were also very nice and helpful. The property itself is just in need of an upgrade. The location was very close to many venues and restaurants, but the city was just rough and made the stay hard to enjoy.

The circular Tower configuration was unique and interesting, Staff was helpful and friendly, nice lounge area, breakfast area was also well arranged. Clean and a very nice all around stay.

There used to be a different Holiday Inn Stadium that was within walking distance of the stadium. That was torn down and this former Radison took the name. It’s not within walking distance making it a meh hotel in a city with better options

Very close to the stadiums, that was the plus. Reasonable prices. Breakfast a bit slow. Valet - you mine as well book another night while waiting for your car to arrive. Clientele is sketchy at times. Bar downstairs is convenient, but again, watch out for other guests. Rooms were comfortable, but thin walls (you can hear much...X rated at times). Lobby was decorated for the holiday, which was nice. Would I return? Probably not. Also, shuttle from Airport to hotel is not recommended. Find another way to get there.

Valet disappears for 20 minute stretches. Once found him in lobby chatting with front desk staff, all of whom were oblivious that I was outside. Nicely remodeled but extremely limited bar hours and breakfast options. Charged for cups for coffee in lobby. Really? For what they charge per night, coffee should be free.

We had no cable tv in our room! Alerted the staff (wanted to watch the BIG Ravens/49ers game after getting back from the Eagles game). Had a front desk person come up to troubleshoot. Couldn’t solve the “cable caper.” Said he would have a technician come to our room. Waited 20 minutes - no technician. Went downstairs to inquire about what was going on. Received an apology, and that the technician would be at our room momentarily. Waited another 20 minutes. No technician. Went downstairs again, politely asked what was going on. This is when the run-around really begin. Either A. Our room was on the fritz re: no cable (although a technician never came to check it out) or B. ALL rooms didn’t have cable (which they decided to tell me after all of this). Just don’t lie to me, please. Also, no hot water in the morning for my shower (lukewarm was as best as it got). Also, coffee machine did not work in my room (they’re not complicated to operate, so it wasn’t operator error). No free coffee downstairs. And only one socket in our room worked. I wouldn’t say this place is a joke, and it is a great location if coming/going from a game in South Philly, but overall, it left a lot to be desired and I should have spent $75/$100 more and stayed in a normal hotel.
