"The staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The complimentary happy hour from 5–6 PM was a wonderful touch, and I especially appreciated that they offered mocktails for guests who don’t drink.
I also had the best night's sleep I've had in years. The blackout shades worked so well that we woke up at 10 AM convinced it was still the middle of the night! Being so well-rested made a huge difference for our busy days exploring the city.
The location was another major plus, especially for my Broadway-loving family. Overall, an exceptional stay. One million stars!"
