"We had a lovely time at the hotel where we spent 2 weeks. The location is superlative, few minutes from all the key attractions in Sharm. We enjoyed the restaurants, the food and we want to send a special thank to Ashraf, the "pizza man". We used the local diving centre - Cinderella Eldawley- that we highly recommend to anyone (thanks so much to the owner Ahmed, the general manager Mr Yasser and the instructors Islam and Mustafa) for lots of dives and boat trips on the first week. They are a truly family orientated centre and we always felt part of the family. Well done!! The second week we did parasailing and some fun-boat excursions also arranged by the local centre - Le Vague Water Sport Centre - for water sporr experiences (thanks a lot to Mr Ibrahim). The pool, free drinks and the reef beach are also lovely and highly recommended (both open from 8am to sunset), especially doing snorkeling on the reef which is truly an anforfettable experience. The animation was also extremely well done and proactive in arranging day activities on the beach and evening shows on the amphitheatre which we really enjoyed. The only two comments we have are the rooms that require some level of refurbishment as they are quite dated, and one of the 4 shops on the beach, which sells oils and perfumes, that has a very bad habit of hassling and verbally abusing (even with inappropriate language) hotel customers who do not wish to visit or buy from the shop. All in all a great stay and holiday!!!"

"We really liked this hotel. We didn't know quite what to expect but we were really pleased with our stay. We really liked the food, it does repeat but there is enough to choose from to make it a bit different. The staff everywhere were really friendly, the bar staff, reception, gardeners (really nice gardens), entertainment and cleaners. Would definitely return."

"Very nice neat clean rooms. The check-in was very smooth. The animation team was very active and had amazing shows everyday. The food had amazing variety and good quality. All restaurants were open everyday to everyone. There were snacks available all day and beverages were good and well made. The staff was very hospitable. The property is very well located close to farsha cafe, old market and submarine water safari. The slides and wave pools were the highlight for the kids.Only issue was that the pillows were very very hard and the Aircon rattled a little. Overall had a fantastic experience here and would recommend to anyone with kids!"

"Ask for a renovated room.. they are stunning. Renovations didn’t interrupt us, food was good but hot items not kept hot/to temp which was a bit concerning. Great snorkelling and pool area. Staff aren’t particularity helpful but it’s good value for the price we paid. "
