"didn't even get to check in, we contacted the hotel for the QR codes because El Gouna requires you to have QR codes to even enter the city, they told me my expedia email was "fake" and the number was "fake" and was so rude on the phone. she basically told me "I can cancel but I can't get a refund" even though THEY failed to send me the qr codes. they made one for a reservation of four. we had to sit outside for 4 hours before booking another hotel. communication is poor, management is poor, don't even know if this is a real listing. will not be trying to stay here again."
