The hotel room was very clean and taken crae of. Limtted elevator access and there were some questionable patrons hanging around entrance and exits but the staff were great and security was always present.

First I called to confirm my reservation- she couldn’t find it, was quite rude. When she found it after saying how “swamped “ they are, she was friendlier. Then our 1st room had a leaking fridge - water all over the floor that we walked in. 2nd room- air conditioner and whole unit wouldn’t work. The controller was just hanging loosely on the wall. We stayed in that room only cause we didn’t want to get moved again and we needed to go to bed. Not a great stay.

They mentioned AIR CONFITIONED but there is only Fan in a hotel room. When i just get to room and there bed 1 side was broken. I slipped from bed. Than i left that hotel room in 10 minutes and my booking fees they didn’t refund.

This is an older building and the air conditioning is struggling to keep up with the heat, but the price is right, so we are content. The young man at the front desk, prior to our check in, noticed that we had back to back bookings and so moved one reservation so that we could stay in the same room and not have to switch. Excellent customer service! Thank you
