Greeted with a warm welcome and drink. The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. The restaurants are excellent as is the breakfast. The gym was 24hr and all around the facilities were of a very good standard.

Really enjoyed our stay at Taj Dubai - having stayed at Taj Cape Town the previous year we had an idea of what to expect. Distance to Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa - make use of the free shuttle service for this, walking in the Dubai heat is no joke. The shuttle service helps makes this easier. Taxis are also readily available from the hotel or Dubai Mall. The Metro station for Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall is a long walk away btw so if you're in a hurry, set out early or.. take a taxi. The hotel abd staff were all very welcoming, pleasant and accomodating. The breakfast is varied to a point, we stayed for 7 days, it got a little samey so a little more variety would be great. Staff though are great. Our room was lovely and ready earlier than expected which was a very pleasant start to our stay. Its worth getting a room with lounge access - high tea and.cocktail hours are great after a day exploring or just for indulging. We also took advantage of the pool facilities - great for a cool down in the heat. Overall we had a great time at the Taj Dubai

Incredible service & staff. Property slightly dated. No fresh air in floors/rooms. Smell of mold was concerning. Noticed comforter beneath the clean covers to be moldy- it was changed immediately. Staff & service are superb. Dining facilities are varied and excellent. Best breakfast!

Besides the fact that is not easy to walk from the hotel to the Dubai Mall, this is really good option if you consider staying at Dubai Downtown. They have a Shuttle Service to the Dubai Mall but it not the same than walk there.

Had a great experience at the hotel. Was there for 4 nights. Buffet options are great. Sanya in dining area and Gyanu from In-room dining were particularly very professional, courteous, and helpful. Room cleaning service was also great.

The staff was not adequate. My room had a mild functioning refrigerator. They charge a mini small can of soda for $10.00 us. And I was only inform about the price at my checkout where I end up paying $300.00 for hot small can of water/soda.

Taj Dubai is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hotel staff is friendly, hospitable and very caring. The rooms were very clean, well maintained and sanitary. We had view of Bhurj from our hotel room. Taj has brilliant dinning options. I loved the breakfast buffet at Taj a lot. Lot of options to choose from and they had a variety of healthy options too. Taj Dubai is at a walkable distance from on Dubai shopping mall and Bhurj. I will definitely choose Taj Dubai for my stays in future.
