Rooms are clean, cold and sound proof. That's very comforting after a long flight and a short transit stay. Breakfast spread was really good and staff are ever ready to serve. The airport pickup and drop off was fantastic. FREE and friendly. Very good stay, although short. Will certainly return to this Hotel in the future.

My VIP benefits were not recognized and I had to clarify this at check in after it was denied.VIP Discounts had to be requested continuously even to get the free upgrade. Was embarrassing and annoying.

It was a great place to stay close to the airport as I was flying in and out for a day and it was located conveniently close to the airport. The rooms are a little old and honestly need renovation.

This is my first ever negative review of a hotel. I was told the room was non-smoking, but the moment I opened the door, I could smell the stench of cigarettes. The sheets, vents, and everything else smelled like cigarettes. The entire property seemed not well-cleaned or maintained, so I checked out at 5 am and went to another hotel.

Banging racket .

I’ve stayed at this hotel for business and pleasure for many years , BUT NO MORE. Hotel in itself is fine , however Thursday evening music blasting out from one of the bars started at 10:30 and didn’t stop till 3am was shaking , the room . I went down to see what was going on and there were 3 people at the bar , so why blast it out to an empty audience, I spoke to reception said they could do nothing . I’m very tolerant but had to be up for 4am for flight home hence no sleep. I lot of my colleagues stay here for business I will be suggesting we take our custom else where

Fabulous airport hotel. Staff excellent and the pool area is large with plenty of loungers. Easy walking to both Irish Village and Meridien Village.

A lovely man at the reception was so efficient with our check in, and helped with any other querries. Hotel was close to the airport and very convenient with a free shuttle bus from Terminals 1&3. The downside is the shuttle bus doesn't go to Terminal 2 even some of the hotel websites state it does. That was inconvenient as we still had to pay for a taxi on the way back between Terminal 3 and Terminal 2.

Little gem in Dubai

This is a great hotel. Lots of restaurant options. Very close to the airport but extremely quiet. Kind and attentive staff. Very clean. Couldn't be nicer.

An older but well-appointed airport hotel. At this price-point, if you’re stopping over on the way somewhere, this is an excellent choice. Biggles Pub has a fantastic range of beer, also a Mexican and Italian restaurant. One thing to consider - the shuttle from the airport only runs every 40 minutes so check the timetable ahead of your arrival and wait in the cool of the terminal before venturing outside to the bus stop.
