Non touristy hotel. Locals at bars and restaurants nearby. Couldn’t have picked a better location. Easy to get to mall but still felt secluded. Courtyard restaurant was amazing although very large portions. Hotel was lovely and would definitely stay again.

Top location, a 5 minute walk to the Dubai Fountain and Mall. This is fantastic area to stay - busy, friendly, very upmarket and at night the buildings and trees and just about anything else is festooned with lights. A spectacle. Gorgeous hotel, room a good size. Good gym and excellent staff at the pool - complimentary bottle of water is a nice touch. Would always come back.

One of the best hotels around Dubai Mall area. Excellent location, very good rooms, and so friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that the bed mattress is too soft.

A Great Stay!
I stayed here for 2 nights and it was a wonderful stay. It is in a great location to walk to the Burj Khalifa and neighboring mall and restaurants. We ate at the restaurant once for dinner and ordered room service for breakfast once. Both were great. I was impressed with the customer service, location, and quality for the price. I appreciated the cookies left in our room for Christmas too. A nice touch!

Terrible hotel billing experience which has not been resolved after we checked out 5 days ago! The hotel charged my credit card again for AED9,265 with no apparent reason. We have emailed them asking for an explanation but still no reply! All the pre-authorization charges on my card are still pending as well. They promised to email the complete hotel invoices for our 7 rooms but still no action till today!

This hotel is all about location, location and location. But I wish they also pay more attention to updating the rooms. Get rid of the old towels. Add the essential amenities to bathrooms. Changes old furniture and outdated bed sides and tables.

Beautiful hotel
We were extremely happy with our hotel. It was very clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown, beautiful street, and close to everything. Dubai mall is a few minutes walk. The surrounding is very clean and safe. Highly recommend this hotel.

I used to love this hotel especially for its great location and its proximity to so many nice places. Unfortunately, this is the only good thing about it now, as the hotel cleanliness has become so terrible. I spotted bedbug bites on my arms after staying there, however, i didn't see them on the hotel bed. Also, their housekeeping's cleaning practices are very dirty and unhealthy. I saw them clean the bathroom floors with our face towels. Also many times, they don't replace the towels although it have been thrown on the ground.

This hotel is quite conveniently located across from the Dubai mall! There is a restaurant called BOHO across the street and to the left, most amazing food there! The only thing I disliked very much is when one of the days I had a worker bring me tissue and I also asked him a couple of questions about and he looked scanned my room as if looking for something it was very creepy! There was no reason based on what we were discussing for him to scan my room. I was very uncomfortable after this man came by. These men should be trained to be ,ore professional and discreet.

We recently stayed at Manzil Downtown by Vida and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a perfect location, within walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel amenities were excellent. The interiors of the hotel have an Arabian flair, which adds to the overall experience. The contemporary rooms are equipped with smart TVs, and the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers offers a relaxing view of the skyline. The hotel also has a state-of-the-art 24-hour fitness center and business center. Overall, I highly recommend Manzil Downtown by Vida for anyone visiting Dubai for business or leisure.

Location is amazing. We had a view of Burj Khalifa from our room and it was spectacular. A few good restaurants nearby. Less than 10 min walk to Dubai mall. The only thing that could be slightly better is breakfast buffet. Deli meat selection was not good, no add-ons to cereal like nuts, seeds, dried fruit. Juice containers were empty by 9.30 am and when we asked the waiters, they did not have any juice in the kitchen as well. Eggs and omelettes tasted so so... But overall we are very happy with our stay and will be back!

An amazing hotel with extremely polite and helpful staff. We stayed for 15 nights and the service was incredible. Walking distance from dubai mall through Souk Al Bahar. There is also a Souk under the hotel with all your needs including a mini mart and salons. Breakfast at the hotel every morning was well prepared. I would definitely stay again.

It was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. Reception staff was very cooperative. Beds were really comfortable. Very close to Dubai Mall and nearby hotel many excellent dining options. We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Manzil Downtown by Vida, and we were absolutely blown away by the experience. The hotel is located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, just a short walk from the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The property got the best location, only issue I faced was privacy, the main bathroom entrance didn’t have any door.

Didn't get to stay BUT!
I traveled to Dubai with a group. Upon arrival at the hotel, We learned our rooms were no longer available. There were a couple of flight delays from the US. A couple of the rooms were prepaid, too. I was a very frustrating moment. We were offered stays at the hotel's sister property, The Address Boulevard. The hotel paid for the taxi service to the new hotel. It was absolutely gorgeous. It is connected to the Dubai Mall and the metro train station. It was the best arrangements ever. I could not longer be anger at not staying at the Manzil. The Address is beyond a 5-star hotel to me. The Manzil's lobby was lavishing but The Address Boulevard was plush. Thank you for accommodating my group to the next level.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Manzil. Excellent and friendly staff, great room, perfectly located in relation to the Mall of Dubai and Burj Khalifa. I'd only suggest that the restaurant review its menu and pricing ... whilst the service was outstanding, the meal was comparatively expensive and did not live up to expectations.

Very nice location with a view of the burj khalifa. Also so clean and such a nice property to stay at in dubai. the staff are all so polite and helpful. i highly recommend this property to stay at in dubai.
