There are no king beds as I paid and booked 4 rooms for my family members. They gave us queen beds no king beds. The room service gave us very bad quality of blankets and it’s very small not even enough for a baby. They don’t put any hair conditioner in the bathrooms.

Nice hotel with friendly, accommodating staff. Room was clean and spacious. Free bottled water left every day with fridge in room to keep it chilled. Only downside, the location - a taxi ride away from the metro which was a little inconvenient. Also, the cargo port is directly opposite. The extremely bright 24-hour lights from there can hinder sleep. Best to ask for a room not on this side if this could be a problem.

I arrived at the hotel at 10 PM in the evening of 5 Dec. I was shocked to know that they cancelled my booking for no reasons. Besides, they told me that they are full !.. I contacted Expedia to resolve it for almost 20 minutes without any success. Then, I had to leave the hotel. This is terrible act by the hotel and not acceptable. This is also a grave failure by Expedia to protect a member of long time. Lately, Expedia also embarrassed me on 19 Nov in Washington DC (Washington Plaza Hotel). They could not find the booking of Ali Hantal (Itinerary: 72428630020269) and I had to make new booking!.. I need an explanation and compensation from Expedia before I terminate my long lasting memebership.

Despite booking and paying in advance for two twin non-smoking rooms, and emailing to request a late check-in (flight landed at 1am; email acknowledged and accepted) we were told that these rooms were not available. We were given a twin and a double on the smoking floor which meant sleeping on a pull-out bed, not being able to unpack and switching rooms the following day. We were told that the hotel policy is that we would only get the rooms requested if they were still available. What is the point of reserving a room, paying in advance and notifying (and being acknowledged) of a late check-in if someone else could walk in on the day and be given the final two non-smoking twin rooms? The night staff were apologetic about this policy and helpful in rectifying the issue the next day. If you are arriving late and want to avoid the frustration of not getting the room you have already paid for I would suggest booking an alternative hotel.

Without a do not disturb card in the room, not only with the noise of closing door of the other doors…you will be awake by room sce cleaners shouting in service. When you ask for the DND card and the cleaning…room is not clean up to the late afternoon…and in the room of 2 people only one towel….not good for the price! Quality towel is questionable on 10 years old or 20 yo!

My stay at the Holliday Inn Express was kinda disappointing because I did not get a room at the top floor which I requested and also the Hotel doe not mentioned anything about the 2 top floors being for people who smoke when i made reservations. Another thing that I found annoying was the fact that I had to LITERALLY call the front desk just so that I can ask them to bring me a iron and table to my room which I shouldn’t have to call for that at all. So my experience at the Holiday Inn Express was disappointing and I really hope that they make changes for future reference. Thank you

Hotel with Cockroaches!! This is my 2nd time visiting this hotel and everything went well until I went home to find a dead cockroach in my luggage!!! Now I am so stressed out that what if I brought cockroaches with me. I unpacked a day after I arrived. Just because of this I will never stay in the hotel even if the location is great. Free Underground parking and Breakfast is good. Management please contact me regarding this major issue.

It is everything you need and nothing more. Staff are really well trained and extremely helpful. The room is great. plenty of space to spread out and work. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast buffet. I would come back every time.

The property to me sit right in the middle of all the things to do Dubia. The staff is super nice, friendly and helpful. Their is some small things that could be taking care of without the guest telling the owner. Overall not a bad stay for me.

Don't stay at Holiday Inn Express in Jumeriah-DXB
We arrived at our hotel at 230am & we told them that we would be late arrival. When we got there they told us that the hotel was full due to a cancelled flight & they would move us to another hotel. They called for a taxi and moved us to a hotel 10 minutes away. With this new hotel it screwed up all our plans for tours/Transfer & to catch metro. It was a pain & cost us more money, time & frustration. Watch out for bait & switch. They should have honored my reservation & moved the other people to other hotels & not us as I booked a month in advance. Very sad
