- The property was the Hilton which is not on the beachfront so had to walk further to get to beach - the pool wasn’t open and I was not notified of this - breakfast options were ok but coffee wasn’t good - finally the biggest issue is the lifts took ages / 10 mins to arrive - I walked as wasn’t on a high floor but beware if you are - the rooms are large and comfortable - the overall trip with Expedia did not have luggage included so I had to pay £200 extra for this

This was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed walking along the beach. It’s also located close to many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Rass checked us in and he was amazing as well as all other staff we encountered! The place is at the excellent location with private beach, a lot of dinning options around and easy way to get Uber or cab to go anywhere in Dubai. I would highly recommend this hotel for an amazing stay!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The family suite was exceptional! The staff were also incredible, Caroline from housekeeping was very nice, friendly and helpful. The only downside with this hotel is the elevators which are extremely slow.

was able to get a good deal through Expedia for 9 nights; spacious apartment, great location but the elevator situation is horrible, luckily we were on the 5 th floor so could walk the stairs

We absolutely loved our stay in the Hilton Dubai the walk, not because of the fact we got upgraded to a magnificent suite on our arrival , which was a surprise but because all the facilities we could use between this hotel and the sister hotel , across the road were fantastic . The location is just perfect covering the marina and beach resort meant you were right where all the action was happening . The staff were super friendly , so thanks for a fantastic holiday and I will be back again some day .

The location of hotel was great and good staff. The lift service is outdated and very frustrating. Also for Uber I think they should have a specified agreed location spot because it is very confusing for the uber drivers who were never sure whether to come to the front or back of the hotel. The back is best because the front is always very busy with traffic

We upgraded to the 2 bed suite, it was enormous and perfect for our needs No complaints Breakfast excellent Food at the pool bar and drinks fair price and big servings Pool at the linked Hilton better which we used but pool at the walk adequate We would stay here again as it was perfectly situated for our needs/travels

Excellent location! Super friendly staff! I was upgraded to a suite that was huge, nice, and clean, only issue we had is there was no hot water in the master bathroom, had to use the other bathroom for showering.

Location is great. However, the hotel needs to address the lines that form because of limited elevator capacity. Waited 15-20 minutes each time to get to my floor or lobby. In addition, the floor we were on has a very unpleasant smell and the rooms were quite dated. Very disappointing for a Hilton hotel.

Literally, the worst experience I’ve ever had I would not recommend Hilton the walk to anyone stuff is extremely rude parking spot not available even though I paid for the parking. I was on a business trip and I had a guest for 30 minutes. The whole time did not allow me to have my goes to my room for 30 minutes. I paid almost $2000 for that room for three people to bed apartment. I would not recommend health on the walk to anyone around my circle.

The staff was amazing...especially in the executive lounge... it was difficult getting ahold of staff from the room but housekeepers was punctuality. It was not clear that this property was not beach front but had to go through another hotel. Will probably not stay here again.

The location was perfect 10 minutes walk to the marina From the car park turn left one minute walk to the bridge leading to the marina Mango restaurant good food You will not be disappointed Staff are very helpful And attentive Hats off to all of them

Absolutelyoved our stay at Hilton, the walk. The conceierge went above n beyong in helping with anything , the chambermaids where amazing nk jept place immaculate , everyone was friendly and helpful. Would recomend and definately consider staying again.

An ageing poor hotel without working lifts
Great room very clean The main issues with this hotel are number of lifts and the lift system which doesn’t work. I possibly wasted 8 hours during the week waiting for lifts or stuck in lifts going to wrong floors The pools are not big enough for the combined hotel’s occupancy Reception staff are arrogant and unhelpful
