Overall the property was great. The size of the apartment was very large and spacious. Cleanliness was 10/10. Customer service 10/10. The only thing I’d say is that the bedside cupboards felt like they were going to break at any moment and that one tv remote was not working at all, but these are very small issues. Overall a great place to stay, I would definately recommend.

The location is amazing, 5 min walk to the beach. A lot of very good cafes and restaurants nearby with delicious food of all kind. They give a bag of clean beach towels daily. Nice heated pool with a bar. Friendly staff. A booth with adventures and excursions on a first floor. We had a great time there. Highly recommended.

All staff members were cheerful, helpfull, respectable, frindly, respond to any matter in no time, excellent problem solver, give extraordinery care about hotel residence, make every one feel at home not in hotel, extreamly clean, excellent team work looking after people and property safety, leasur, providing towels and ambrillas for the beach even after a late check out keeping bags in a safe and providing showers and change rooms for us even after we cheked out. My wife and I spent the most beautiful time in our life at this Ramada hotel & suits by Wyndham JBT Dubai United Arab Emirates. Let me say that this hotel gave an absolute idea about the United Arab Emirates that it is the best host country to tourests in the entire world. Spcial thank you to Ahmid the room #1502 attendent during 29th Sept to 3re Oct 2022, Shaker the porter all staff at the front desk every one of them was very cooprative providing excellet service and we will not forget Arsher the very gentle UAE man and all staff of the dinning rooms one by one. Not impressed at all, especially considering the price. Check in was poor since they couldn’t find my reservation and insisted that I email them a copy of my confirmation. Rooms large but cleanliness was lacking. Bathroom was cramped and finishing was poor. Tub had mildew around the edge grouting. They seem not to know what a wash cloth is.

The hotel was good with a good location. The staff on the other hand was not very friendly. The room mini bar had no price list or note to say it was paid for. Having stayed in numerous hotels, no price list implies its complimentary. The hotel staff were quite rude about the whole thing and were adamant that there was a price list. I asked them to show me where it is as i checked fully before hand. All he would say the note is there and refused to have any further conversation. None the less they forced me to pay which left a bad taste at the end of a good few days in JBR.

My family & I stayed here over the Xmas period. The location of the hotel was perfect and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel however isn’t a 4* hotel as the rooms are very tired. After travelling from the uk and staying awake for 36hrs to then find the maintenance team in the room until 1am fixing a leak on Xmas day was not acceptable. This didn’t end there and they came and went in the room as they pleased throughout the stay resulting in using the facilities of the bathrooms of the other members of the same party. We had 3 rooms within the party; Room1; mentioned above had maintenance throughout our stay due to a leak & curtains were hanging off Room2; the flush on the toilet kept running Room 3; previous guests assuming must have been smoking in it as the room stunk. The general areas of the hotel were well presented, but other than the area for breakfast there are no social spaces. If you are using this as a base and not wanting to spend any time there and in some cases use the bathroom this is the place for you!

The room the first night smelled terribly. Apparently I was given a smoking room, and they spray it with something that neutralizes the smell, and the result was just horrible! Also on the 5th night, came back to the room in the evening and found it wasn't cleaned. I went to the reception and told them to please clean and tidy the room. Came back later to find the bed still untidy with a garbage bag on it, the bathroom as is, and 3 bottles of water. It was like someone came, and then left in a hurry and never came back. Otherwise, Location is great and room is spacious and a very good shower box. It it wasn't for the smell and the cleaning, it would have ranked much higher. Doubt I will come back to this hotel.

Awesome location, friendly staff, great service, but the building itself was old. The room smells like there was a leakage somewhere in the room.
