We love travelling with my wife and finally we found a perfect hotel in a perfect location with perfect food, beach and swimming pool with fantastic views. We absolutely love the Dukes Hotel and we will definitely recommend to all our family and friends. Everything is fabulous here

The property was well located for access to the Nakheel Mall, Monorail and Club Vista Mare bars/restaurants. I am not sure I would recommend the half board basis, the food was quite repetitive and there are plenty restaurants and bars that were of better quality in the Club Vista Mare area (2 streets over from the hotel). However the Indian restaurant and the food at the beach bar were excellent. Long queues for eggs of a morning. The beach towels were very old and many should be replaced along with the parasols, many were broken and there were just not enough for the amount of sunbeds. The covering on the cushions of many of the sunbeds were also ripped. Just be aware that drinks and extras are very expensive in the hotel but we were prepared for that. Happy hour was available in the indoor bar areas but not the outdoor which was dissapointing. Water is free at breakfast but they charge for it in the evening, we totally disagreed with this. Use the general taxis and not the "hotel linked taxis" - these were a lot more expensive.

The Hotel was well located. It had its own trendy beach where the service was excellent. The hotel was good with the staff being very helpful. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety to choose from. Special mention to the Egyptian Chef Masouda, Linn who look after us and the hotel guest team 👏👏

Staff are very attentive and friendly, super helpful without being over bearing. Hotel is not overly huge so this gives a more personal feel.Our 4th stay at this property, so think that says it all.

This is one of the best properties I have stayed while on vacation. The beds were very comfortable. There was a large variety of food. The staff was very accommodating and treated my family and I like we were the only guests on the property. I would highly recommend this property! GREAT STAY!!!!!

Great hotel in a nice area with easy access to a nice mall opposite the hotel as well as public transport. The pool as well as the beach is very near, 1 minute walk. The inside pool has a great view across the aplm. Staff is very friendly all around the hotel

I want to say thanks to Expedia, and thanks to myself, I made the best decision to stay at Dukes the Palm in Dubai, The greeting every day from ( Masud and Lopchan and Mainul ) was amazing and unbelievable they always ready to help from the start to the end I didn’t wanna leave the hotel every time I left my room I expected to have best greeting from Lopchan, I hope to see masud again next time, front desk staff were so friendly and helpful always ready to answer any questions especially Akram and Hakam, I wanna think them both for the great hospitality I really appreciate them both for everything, i am a titanium member of Marriott Bonvoy but my experience with hotel Dukes the Palm in Dubai made my birthday vacation incredibly memorable I also think myself to choose Dukes the Palm in Dubai and I will recommend this hotel to everyone I will definitely go back there in the future I give 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Good hotel at the heart of the Palm. The infrastructure was really good, amazing pools and a nice beach (although we did not use it). The room was spacious and clean. However, we were in a room with barely any sunlight and a malfunctioning closet door, which prevented us from using much of the closet. The bathroom seemed recently renovated and it was very nice.

To start off by saying that this hotel is by no means a 5* hotel. It is a 3* max and I’m really shocked at the classification of 5*. On arrival I was told the only place I can grab a coffee and wait for my room to be ready was at the mall. Firstly if you book this hotel and you have a child with you, expect to pay £20 per night at check in for your child to be given a sofa bed. There will also only be two towels provided. Bathrobes that were provided were dirty and had holes in. There was also a half drank bottle of water left on the side so zero quality control. The bathrooms are awful, thick dirt on the grouting all over. The bath is so awkward to get in to because of the permanent shower screen. If you have a young child it’s impossible to bath them. The rainfall shower head was hanging off the ceiling. And bath water runs a weird brown color. Very odd. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the pillows are like rocks. Breakfast is good, standard buffet, plenty of fresh fruit, pastries, juices etc. The ladies welcoming you are great the actual waiting staff are not. Lunch and dinner is atrocious do not book for full board or even half board. The food is honestly inedible. The pool area is average at best and that is only if you are lucky enough to get a bed right on edge of the pool, there are about 20 max. All the others are on grass and it’s basically a mud bath. The pool has no shallow end at all, children play on the steps as that is the only option.

Great hotel, all the staff very helpful and attentive to our needs. Room layout was a bit tight and bathroom a little dated and lighting was poor in bathroom. Beach and pool were very busy sun beds hard to find and even though there were signs saying towels would be removed if not used within 45 minutes they would be removed but this never happened also some point were up at dawn to put towels down 🙄.

Nice clean hotel. Staff are always on hand to help. Room for 4 was abit of a squeeze. Food was good although layout stretched from one end to the other meaning a lot of passing other diners. Exiting the hotel on foot is abit of a pain due to narrow walkway. Overall a pleasant stay.

When we arrived the concierge team ask the car stopped in front of the receptiin they should move, our luggage went inside the taxi. The concierge recovered the bags. The first nigth at 4 in the morning the fire alarm was accionated and we wole up very scared. However the facilities in general are very good.
