Pretty much every surface was stained in the room and around the property. It was an okay place to sleep for a wuick stay but that was about it. Cracked toilet seat, stains, rips. - needs to be fixed up a bit.

Our room was clean and the staff friendly. It is an older hotel and does show signs of wear on the furniture and carpets. It was inexpensive to stay there. We arrived when it was dark and there were not many lights outside, so it was hard to see the hotel sign for the front door and where to go and park. The hotel is on a hill and having some reflectors at the edge of the parking area would be helpful as we drove close to the edge before realizing that it dropped off.

Scott was very rude to my daughter 18 yrs old. Told her she needed to be 21 to stay in/booked room? But he’d let her stay like it’s a grand exception. She’s in college, driving back to school 8hr and doesn’t need a lecture about her age like she’s 12 and has stayed here before with no issues. Also paid and booked the room by me (mom) as she was driving and was getting fatigued. However when I went to their website, no rooms available. Booked through Expedia without issue- several rooms available and easy! Scott told her she should NOT book through Expedia next time just call the hotel directly because it makes it easier on the staff. Then proceeded to get her drivers license, car description, cc etc. room seems fine as in the past but she’s only staying for a few hours to sleep and continue on her trip to school and this has been a good midway point without previous issue. Expedia has been a great tool for us in the past.

Loved the stay, Hotel was great - Staff was fabulous. The Price Expedia charged was more than if I booked through the hotel. very disappointed and completely dissatisfied in my experience with Expedia. I will not use them again.

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff at the front desk was so nice, friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond several times to meet our needs. I often stop at this Quality Inn on my long trips along Route 80. It's a great option for a quick overnight stay: much cheaper than nearby hotels, but it's always clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is simple, but that's to be expected for the price, and they offer 24 hour coffee. The hotel is located just beyond the busy shopping and hotel area you see from the highway. The entrance to the driveway isn't clearly marked, but you can see the Quality Inn sign at the top of the hill on your left. Just follow your GPS.

Our door lock didn’t work so had to go in through the other door, they cleaned that room but not ours or even took out the trash in our room even though they were connected and the doors open. Trash / laundry was in the halls at one point. Mostly clean otherwise, obviously very simple and kind of run down location. But cheap so what can you do.

Better than sleeping in your car…
While the desk staff was extremely nice, this hotel is about thirty years overdue for a remodel. It is cheap for a reason. If you are looking for a bed instead of sleeping in your car, then this place gets that need. I didn’t feel comfortable using the shower/ tub because of the poorly spackled cracks, and the chuck off ceiling plaster falling down above it. The tv has spray stains on it that lead the imagination to wonder what else hasn’t been cleaned in there. There was a nasty smell as soon as I entered the room, and a smell of cigarette smoke throughout.

The staff is limited and you only get clean linen if you request it. Pool was shut down and green. Washer worked but dryer was broken. Mismatched carpet throughout, walls were peeling or missing completely in areas. TV remote did not work well.

Liked: Convenient to find off of Interstate, friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet, good free breakfast, and very reasonable pet fee. Disliked: Road leading to hotel, entrance sigh and parking lot poorly lit. Quality Inn entrance sign not lit at all. No tuner for TV was in room and the HVAC unit did not heat, even when set on maximum setting (90 degrees). Step up into shower (due to whirlpool tub in room) is too high for most people.

The room was not adequately cleaned - for example, crumbs on the bed and garbage from the previous stay not emptied, which led me to question whether other parts of the room were cleaned. I notified the front desk attendant who told me there were no other rooms available, meaning there was nothing he could do. Without any other options at the hotel or in the area, we go back to our room because we need to rest from our road trip. We attempt to turn up the heat and realize that doesn’t work either. My family and I slept in our coats to stay warm and as clean as possible. We left the hotel at 4am to get back home. No one was at the front desk, so there was no one to check out with a file a formal complaint. I do not recommend staying at this property.

Hotel is a remodeled Comfort Inn, so a bit dated, 2 levels, clean..it would have been nice to know that there is no elevator to the second level! Room included mini-fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron, flat-screen tv...our room included a jacuzzi which we didnt use. King bed comfy, i would have liked a second blanket, but i survived. Breakfast was typical Choice hotel spread, but more than just coffee, juice, and thawed-out pastries..Belgian waffle makers, cereal, eggs and sausage besides juice and coffee..nothing spectacular, but good. Overall a good stay, there was an online special for $89 and we booked it on the road..it had non-smoking king bed and free breakfast!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great for the price. And the woman who cooked the eggs for breakfast deserves a big raise—delicious! Didn’t expect that. Highly recommend!
