Several times the shaded area closest to the entryway had no seating and there was a need for several more lounge chairs that would easily have fit into the space. "

"Loved the atmosphere, the proximity to our event, the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Made us feel welcome without fussing over us. The room was clean and comfortable. Delicious food at Centrico, and we were quickly attended to and served when we shared that we had a pending event with limited window of time. The shrimp tacos were delicious. Later, after the event we had a delicious night nosh at Seamus McCaffrey's Irish Pub one door down—vegetarian Boxty in a cream wine sauce. Fabulous. Only issue was metered parking. We navigated through that—and we will be back again!"

"This hotel charges $15 to use wifi. Free if you are a Bonvoy Marriott member who booked direct. Well I am but since I booked thru Hotels.com, I can't use the wifi. A little thing but kind of ridiculous based on the amount we paid for the night. Other than that, the hotel was perfectly located for our needs (Footprint Center)."
