"Tbh the hotel itself was luxurious and spacious on the outside. But don't think that this hotel is that good yet. First what happened was that we arrived at Movenpick at 3:30 pm aproximately and we had to wait at least 1 hour 30 mins to check in and not only that, they alo didn't have our room ready so they gave us a more down graded and smaller room! For dinner at that place the service was okay. They were telling us something but we didnt understand so we asked again but it was still unclear. The staff also didnt socialise that much with the people who stayed there. The room walls are thin so in the morning we could hear noise which interrupted our sleep. Also in the bathroom the small amenities in packets had the following: toothbrush and toothpaste, a comb, shower cap and vanity tools. If you are thinking why I'm listing amenities is because when i opened the toothbrush and toothpaste, the paste was stored in a literal sachet and it was tiny. Yes there were sandals but they were so flat yout would think you were walking on the ground. Also even though you are living in the hotel itself you still have to pay for various thing in the resort. Despite ALL these problems i still liked some aspects of the hotel like the spacious pool, tasty food and drinks( personal fav fruity water and margharita pizza), luxurious places inside, spa( has kids spa too) and last but not least the close beach but sadly it wasn't part of the resort. But overall it was a good experience there."

"Cannot speak more highly of our experience staying here on our honeymoon. The hotel feels modern, clean and well maintained even though it has a traditional Balinese feel to it. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you, we appreciated the group WhatsApp chat where the staff were on hand to help with anything you needed, including bringing drinks to the pool. The team helped us to book a doctors appointment, surf lessons and a trip to the uluwatu temple and made this so easy and stress free. The food and drinks in the restaurant were lovely including breakfast. The location was brilliant for us as we like to be able to wander to shops/restaurants and this was possible here but no matter how busy the street was outside the hotel felt so peaceful inside and relaxing. Close to the beach and got to watch the gorgeous sunsets every night from the pools and our balcony. Highly recommend."

"Very friendly and helpful staff who were all polite amd happy to help. Having such close proximity to the beach was amazing and the tranquility of the entire hotel and particularly the room was amazing. Cant stop raving about what a relaxing time I had. Absolutely, would stay there again."

"The resort is beautiful, the staff is all so warm welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious with a magnificent view, breakfast was included and fantastic, the 360 restaurant with the ocean view and tons of options healthy juices and wellness shots were amazing !"

"Great service with friendly and polite staff. They took note of my birthday and celebrated for me during breakfast time. Overall, stay was pleasant and great. Only downside was mosquitoes in the room for two nights and we had difficulties sleeping"

"Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Endra and Dwi at the Forest Bar, and Heza at the Unique Rooftop Bar (which has a stunning sunset view). The Chinese restaurant was phenomenal—some of the best food I’ve ever had. I loved chatting with Rai, who always welcomed me with a huge, warm smile. Another young gentleman working there (so sorry I missed his name!) provided true high-end service. By day two, the entire team recognized me and always went out of their way to say hello. Highly recommend!"
