Really pathetic services, poor infrastructure, condition of rooms, hospitality is poor

Good location near the metro. Facility felt safe and no unwanted visitors. Building looks old from the outside. No direct entrance to the mall located directly behind the hotel. Should have free shuttle service to the hotel and metro.

We have stayed there a number of times. This time we did not have a positive experience, especially with the restaurant. The hotel was fully booked and the restaurant staff didn't handle it well. They ran out of food, forgot orders, didn't set place settings, recycled napkins -- the tables were a mess. Even worse, the first few days the restaurant staff were rude and unpleasant to deal with. So while the staff in general were nice, the experience not pleasant because of the restaurant.
