Worst Hotel at Prime Location
Third grade property. Third grade staff. Worst is this hotel is situated at Caunaught place and at 11 pm the entire room service including dining closes and nothing is available. Horrible experience. I had to call food from out side restaurant though Swiggy. Worst place. Don't recommend anybody to go to this property.

Amenities were not as expected. For example, the hotel provided tap water in bottles instead of bottled water for each room. The rooms are clean but dark and dreary. Expect better for the price. Would not go again.

Very average. Had to wait more than 20 minutes at the reception to get room allotted (which is pre-booked and we had checked-in only at 6.00 PM). Pillows were soiled. Service is below average. We were attended only after 3 hours of complaining. Food also not good (we have ordered pasta and garlic bread). Not value for money.

The property was close to CP and allowed for walking distance to many shops and restaurants and the staff was great. The rooms were a little dated and dusty but overall clean and taken care of. AC was slow and took several hours to bring down the temperature and the breakfast had many choices. Don't get rid of the watermelon juice it was the highlight of my stay

Check-in process was efficient though the front desk was not very friendly. Room condition was disappointing with dated furniture. The non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke and, after the front desk promised to send housekeeping to come take a look, no one showed up. On the second call, the front desk was dismissive. Breakfast next morning was quite lacking and disappointing. Overall, location next to Connaught Place is awesome, but, for a 4-star hotel, it was mediocre at best.

All other things wer eithr OK or Pleasing, but their plumbing services were highly improvable. The drippage of the shower and the sink in the bathroom was clogged, and complained about, but nothing happened in the 3 nights I was there.

Decent Location; Eerie Feeling
The Hotel is located centrally. However, there is a need to modernize the rooms. It feels like one has entered a time capsule into the 90s and not in a good way. While things were clean and all, the dingy lighting and the connecting doors via the rooms did not give a positive feeling at all. It felt unsafe for a single woman traveller in general.

Very good service and breakfast was very good . Ample amount of choices. Could be more clean and detailed. Appliances, fittings are old and outdated sometimes broken. Overall good, but will not stay again by looking at the value and and amount you pay per night. More value added services should’ve included. Such as drinking water, cab service, airport shuttle etc.

Even when paid in full during check in and getting a verbal all clear on check out. I was called on my cell 10 mins after , while I was about to board an Uber to airport , that I didn’t pay for my stay. The call was condescending and I felt very embarrassed. The staff lacked basic hotel management 101.

Toilet did not work well.Wifi neither,No bar.The bet was small even though I booked king size.

My experience was not good at this hotel. Wifi was not working most of the time and this was hampering my work. The room airconditioning was not woriking properly. It was so hot inside the room. Room service was fine. I am disappointed by this service and expect from expedia to show me better hotels. This was shown as 4 star hotel but the service was below my expectations.

The staff at this hotel were lovely and bed comfortable. It's very well located, however I think it's overpriced, theres no pool and prefer some of the smaller boutique hotels for same price. Depends what you're after.
