The hotel is lovely but what makes it unique is the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay at a Taj hotel when we visit India again.

This is a hotel that is clean and the service is also excelent. It is convenient to get to and fro from the airport and has easy access to Cannought place for shopping

I liked the hotel very much, the food selection was good. The hotel is very clean and quiet and the frint desk staff were very professional and courteous,however, the food serves were a bit slow in taking orders and would not follow up to see if l wanted another glass of wine or had any question.

Excellent staff always available to help. Proactive and courteous, it was an absolute pleasure. The upgrade for the family being the cherry on the top! The property is not new and hence some pressures around the seams were noticeable. Rooms had carpets stained from countless days of hospitality, the WC’s had cheap seats and toilets/bathrooms are in dire meeds of refurbishment.

We had a wonderful time at the Taj Palace. Every single staff member was helpful polite and courteous. There was a lovely fragrance throughout. The staff upgraded us so that the kids and we could be on the sme floor a few doors from each other. We made use of the spa and felt totally pampered. We stepped out for dinner and found good options literally across the street. It was easy to get rides on Uber. We can’t wait to come back!

Very much enjoyed the property. The guest services greeted us with an upgrade to the club floor. Aryan Saxena, Assistant Manager, was very helpful and even had a cake and balloon sent for my husband's bday. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. Every morning, Sumit in the Capital Kitchen was very friendly and efficient. Thanks for a great stay in Delhi.

The hospitality at Taj is excellent. We had a wonderful stay over 3 days and 2 nights. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff was diligent about our food allergies and served us excellent food. We tried the spa and staff and services again were just amazing. I would strongly recommend Taj Palace.

Best features are the food and staff. Breakfast is a grand sumptuous affair. Staff is super courteous and friendly. Common areas are very nice but rooms could use an update. Carpets need changing.

Taj takes the cake with one thing above all, service! The way they treat you is unlike any other hotel group. I was staying with my mother who has difficulty walking, and the staff took extra extra care of her. I am a lifer!
