Nice Hotel
Nice hotel next to Airport (at a distance of just 15 minutes). Good spread of choice for breakfast. Walking distance to local supermarket and also the metro station. Nice comfortable room. Check in was fast together. It was a comfortable and nice stay. I will definitely come back again.

Very good value, great location
It's very convenient from the airport, just a 15 minutes drive. The restaurant was very good for getting breakfasts and some lunches. The room is modern and clean. I found ours a bit small for the 3 of us, but overall it was good. The shower was especially appreciated. Despite this being called an airport hotel, the noise from the airplanes was really minimal. We also found the sleep accommodations to be comfortable.

Fine stay
My stay was what I expected for the price I paid. Check-in/front desk staff was efficient, but they were not especially helpful or friendly. The other hotel workers were very helpful and attentive. Room was clean enough. Internet was high speed and reliable. Bed mattress was very hard (which I prefer), but I know not everyone will want that.

You Get What You Pay For at Olive n Blue
Overnight stay. With one flight arriving late in the evening, and our onward trip early the next morning, we wanted somewhere to get a few hours sleep. Transfers to/from the airport were arranged with no fuss, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic, and is not recommended as a place to stay to explore Delhi, but OK for a cheap overnight stopover.

Unbelievable to see high high rating for the hotel
The staff and the service is terrible. We weren't served breakfast for an hour. Our airport transfer cabs didn't come for more than 30 minutes past the requested time. Rooms didn't have water bottles and sufficient towels. The towels provided were smelly and dirty. We were promised free one way airport transfer. The hotel guys weren't ready to provide it to me despite me showing them the email that had this confirmation. The hotel doesn't have any lifts. The hotel is inside a narrow lane from a very crowded street and doesn't have any signboards. Its very easy to miss the lane.

Acceptable for airport layover or pre-flight rest
This hotel is in a rough part of Delhi that is convenient to the international terminal, so many travelers require a night (or for me from noon - midnight) place to rest before or after a long flight. This hotel is located down a gravel alley so not on the main road, although that makes it quieter. The rooms are actually just fine, no serious complaints, although I am a seasoned traveler. Negatives are dark spaces and overall poor lighting, poor bed linens. The hotel has a smell, possibly old cigarettes I’m not certain. I was just there in January of 2018 and the building is cold, so it made a negative impression for me. There is no heat of course as the building is old.

Do they know they are running a hotel?
They seem to not understand what the purpose of a hotel is. The staff seem to work all night with loud voices going in and out of the office, cleaning rooms the minute they are empty regardless of the time. It's very noisy in the hotel. There is a window above the door of the room and a bright light shines in. Staff don't seem to have answers to basic questions like "what is the internet code?" "what are you serving for breakfast?" I won't be staying there again.

Nice hotel but awful location
Our flight got in quite late and we got a taxi straight to the hotel. We had some trouble finding the correct address on maps so make sure you know where you're going. The area really didn't feel very safe, there's a cluster of hotels in the aerocity that are more expensive, and in hindsight I would have wanted to go there. If, like me, this is your first time in India, do not get this hotel. The staff are lovely, the place is decorated nicely with obvious effort and the nearby hotels/bars have a nice vibe, however the hotel is in an alley and the surrounding area is not pleasant.

Great hotel location with pathetic service
Stayed for a night with my wife and infant. Wasnt able to sleep as the light in the corridor was directly falling through the window on our faces. Switched off these lights a couple of times but the hotel staff would switch them on again. Then there were some more guests coming in at midnight and we had to bear with all the noises which unfortunately continued for a few hours. The condition of the room was acceptable, however the bathroom wasnt good. Wont stay again.

We arrived earlier than anticipated. The hotel allowed us to check in early with no hesitation. The room was perfect and very clean. Recommend to anyone visiting New Delhi.

Don’t trust map location provided by Expedia
Map Location provided by Expedia for this hotel gave me great trouble . I gave address to taxi driver then he get lost. So I stared using my own GPS to locate spot. I got off taxi and it was totally wrong location. Then I wonder around for 1 hour with my large suitcase. Phone number provided by Expedia was out of connection I was lucky to arrive at hotel

PAID FOR Airport pickup/transfer failed to turn up
Well maintained, clean, older hotel in pokey lane about 7mins from airport. Certainly not in an area to go walking at night. My paid for airport transfer was not there and I had to find outside taxi to hotel which was stressful at 10pm. Hotel was not so caring (=no real apology or reason offered) for no airport pickup and the inconvenience when I arrived. They did offer free drop off - it didn't compensate the INR1500 I had to pay for 7 min taxi ride the night before. This hotel has great assets: 1. close to airport 2. so very clean 3. lovely food/drink options 4. great low prices, however would NOT chose again due to PAID airport pickup promised but NOTHING. Olive n Blue - yu punished me - my turn.

Reasonable, but hard to order cabs
Located in a small lane in Mahipalpur, it was hard for a cab to find us early morning. Had to eventually go to main road. Reasonable, clean, no lift, furnishings and bathroom were average. Helpful staff.

Liked the hotel & would like to visit again
Well equipped and very cozy - room and bathroom, breakfast very rich, and the staff were excellent and very friendly. I stayed here with one of my friends and we really liked this hotel as it is perfectly suites for our needs. The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the metro station and only a 15 minute walk from the airport. I would definitely go there again, highly recommended.

Just what I was looking for
This hotel is just what I was looking for. Room was very nice, comfortable and clean, obviously. Most convenient location, it fulfilling my desire to sightseeing as a metro station is right near to this hotel. We also wanted to be close to the airport, which is close from it. The food was amazing and always available. Staff was super friendly and they help you with all your needs.

Perfect stay, no complaints

Worth every penny
Mid-range price, but the service and amenities of this hotel are top notch. The staff was very attentive, check in was smooth and the location was convenient. The room was not very big, but nice and the bathroom was the best in terms of size and cleanliness.

Horrible check in experience
Here is my story: I needed a hotel during my transit at Delhi airport. I booked the hotel through Orbitz 2 days before my check in date. After around 8 hours, I received a booking confirmation from Orbitz saying that I didn’t need any further confirmation from the hotel. When I went to the hotel, I was told by the manager (Sandeep) that he cannot accept my reservation as he didn’t receive the travel vouchers from Orbitz. I showed him my confirmation and he kept insisting that he can’t help unless Orbitz sends him the vouchers. I had no idea what those vouchers are and asked him to check with Orbitz. He wasn’t buying it. He kept insisting that it’s my responsibility to speak to Orbitz and fix the problem. He would offer me to stay at the hotel if I paid him separately and suggested I get the refund from Orbitz. I told him Orbitz doesn’t have a local India customer care number and my US phone doesn’t work in India. I went outside the hotel onto the main road to check if there are any ISD phones. After a lot of hassle, I asked a US friend to contact Orbitz and requested Orbitz to speak to Sandeep. Orbitz called me and told me that the reason Sandeep couldn’t receive the vouchers. It turned out that the Hotel's system (that receives the vouchers) wasn’t working. I was so stressed. All the while Sandeep kept insisting it was not his problem. I wanted to cancel the reservation. Orbitz apologized for the entire mess up and me a coupon for future use.

Good for an overnight stay
Not much to do in the surrounding neighborhood of this hotel, but its close to the airport and metro station, so it is easy to go to the city center via metro, and for the transit travels, this location is best. Rooms were very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and professional, although not overly friendly.

Better than expected
Hotel was better than expected, very clean and the staff was excellent. Airport is only 10 minutes drive from the hotel. The room was large, attractive and clean, and the shower was particularly nice and strong enough. Check-in was a little slow, besides all good.

Fantastic staff and room quality was excellent 10/10. Only WiFi could have been better..The restaurant was also very good and served different varieties of food .. Much Better Than Others
Just an overnight stay and I have no complaints. Breakfast, which was included in the price had a great selection and the hotel is located near the airport, only a 15 minutes by taxi. The room was clean and had right & comfortable beds for an excellent night's sleep.

Brief but comfortable stay
My stay was a brief one, but it was totally comfortable ,and I am looking forward to coming back. Conveniently located, close to airports. Hotel offers free WiFi, which worked smoothly. Room clean and spacious; really liked bed, pillows and blanket. Breakfast with lots of choices, only fruits were missing.

Comfortable stay with good location
Hotel decor was kind of simple, but the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom were fine. Good location. Via taxi you can reach to the hotel within 15 min from the airport. There is a metro station available. Hotel staff was friendly, and on request they suggested us nearby places for shopping and for dine.

Quality hotel in a good location
Receptionists were very helpful and friendly, especially when we checked in / out in the night. The location is perfect when catching early morning or late night flight. It is about a 10-15 minute drive. Bathroom and the room were both immaculate and the shower was the best. Air conditioning very effective but WiFi was a bit unpredictable.

Handy, comfortable & affordable
King-sized bed was very comfortable, and the room was of good size. TV has sufficient amount of English channels. Good staff in the reception area. The location of the hotel is excellent, it's about a 10 minute walk to the metro station, which made it very easy for us to travel around the city. Delhi International Airport is also nearby, just a 15-minute drive away.

Extremely courteous staff from the front desk to dining room and including cleaning staff I encountered. Our room was spotlessly clean, very spacious and airy. For a short stay like ours, nothing beats the convenience of this hotel - it takes a few minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. No waste of time. There are plenty of food choices available in the restaurant, and the hotel staff was excellent and the service was truly amazing.

About a 10 min cab ride from the airport to the hotel. Easy check in process and a very nice room. It was only a 5 minute walk from the metro station as well and from there you can easily reach most all tourist places in Delhi, but first you have to know all the metro lines. Staff were most friendly and helped us with everything.

Very good hotel
We booked this hotel based on reviews and rates. The hotel building is not so big and expensive, so do not expect any luxury, but it offers a convenient location, very close to the airports, and within walking distance of the metro station. Bedroom good, and comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful.

Really nice hotel with great location
Arrived late around 12pm, reception area was full of many guests, so our check took a bit but I understood that they were busy with the other guests who were waiting for their check-outs. Great location, just a 15 minute drive away from Delhi International Airport, and cabs were very inexpensive and a quick 25 minute ride to the city center.

Very good choice
Food and drink served in the hotel restaurant was reasonably priced and of good quality. Service was great during the check-in, and was also quick. Room was massive for 2 adult, and had nice bathroom. Nearby area was not so good for walking alone, but the location is convenient to the airport.
