Right on the beach. Good breakfast. Pool closed, would have been nice to know about it before booking. They only clean the room every 5 days. Parking lot is tight for larger cars. Chairs on balcony are small and uncomfortable.

The property, the breakfast and staff were fine - we had a nice balcony that directly overlooked the ocean. The corridors off the evaluators could be freshened up a little, but the most important part was the room being clean, sheets and bedding were very clean as well.

We were advised about not having a pool and we was ok with that, but neither Expedia or Holiday Inn Express and Suites had anywhere on their website about not having beach access. After we paid we were told there was a 6 to 8 minute walk to get to the nearest beach access. This was a big factor since my wife has medical issues. If this was noted on the website i would have never made reservations!

Everything was lovely we got the top floor and seen manatees! The breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. The room was clean and spacious the AC was super cold and quiet and most importantly the bed was soo comfortable we will definitely stay again.

I had a last minute trip come up that brought me to the area. The price of an Airbnb with all the fees attached plus not being able to stay on the beach wasn't an option this time around. I kept looking around for a few days, and then this hotel popped up for a very reasonable price right on the beach with an ocean view. There was a small parking fee, but there was always parking and it was easy to come and go. The pool was under construction while we were there being redone which kind of stunk, but we did have the beach. It honestly was so hot we didn't even last long outside. Our room was clean, but my complaint would be around whatever was sprayed to give a fresh smell. It was just a bit too strong. Other than that, the air worked great and gave a white noise sound helping us to sleep. The ocean balcony was so relaxing and nice. The water pressure in the shower was strong. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig with several options, and a normal size dryer that was detached opposed to those small ones that smell like they are about to catch fire in 2 seconds. There was also a free breakfast that I found quite impressive. There were options for several different eating habits (healthy, gluten free, and I don't care). The beach access is to the side of the hotel. There are public restrooms available, and a shower to wash off which was conveniently located for us. Walking on the beach was fun in the evening.

The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. I loved the view of the beach but I mostly loved watching the sun rise from our balcony it was just breathtaking.

Para empezar rentas el hotel y después que lo haces te envían con correo electrónico dejándote saber que la piscina está en construcción NO TIENE PISCINA. Segundo parqueo no tiene disponibles para sus propios huéspedes y está incluido en la tarifa. Tuve que parquear en otro lado que no pertenecía al hotel. Expensa a que podían llevarse mi carro de lo cual ellos no se hacen responsable si esto llega a suceder. Renté una habitación de dos camas para cuatro personas. me dejaron solo tres toallas. Pregunté por una más y me dijeron que eran solo 3. Es decir una persona no tenía toalla. La humedad cuando abres la habitación es insoportable. Mi experiencia no es nada buena. No lo recomiendo.

You have to pay for parking but they have more rooms than parking spaces due to their remodel going on. I was instructed to park across the street at a nail salon in a handicap spot. Breakfast was included but we got down there at 9:25 and they were out of every hot item and said they were not making more. There was approximately 20 guest that were frustrated right alongside me. The pool was not open.
