The staff were very lovely. If you are a family, you need a Level room. They are very good. The beach is beautiful and the breakfast was very good. It’s an easy distance from the airport and the Marble Mountain is easy walking distance which was a really great way to spend a morning.

It's a great place to rest and recharge. Breakfast buffet options were plentiful and fresh. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The beach was clean but cannot be used because of high waves.

I really must say, after all the resorts i have visited, the entire staff from front desk, to room cleaners, bar tenders, roaming staff, and especially the dining room staff, are all simply amazing. You can feel their sincerity in their voices when you are being helped. There is nothing fake about this property employees. "Good" people in general, will feel the experience in their hearts when they relax and just take it all in. Bless these people when they have to deal with rude, self centered, and people who think they are always entitled. They speak their language, if it is difficult for you to deal with and or understand, go somewhere else. Best resort by far that I have had the pleasure to stay at.

Some of the staff members were super helpful, polite and kind. Especially I would like to say thank to Ms Hang, Ms Jasmine and Mr Tan. These staff members made our stay more special. The infinite pool is so beautiful and the beach has the most peaceful view I ever had. Every afternoon, we used the pool and it was the perfect way to finish up each day. We stayed 6 nights and every day the breakfast was full of variety selection. One thing I suggest to change is let the Grab drivers drop the delivery to the reception area especially when the weather is so bad.

The hotel offers good structure and access to the beach. However, the reception staff are terrible at solving problems, they do not contribute to helping guests, there is no communication between them, management does not care about guest problems. The pool and beach staff are wonderful. I do not recommend the hotel for Europeans, especially with children - restaurants do not facilitate food for children.

We booked the Level Villa, Premium Room. It was one of the worst resort hotels we had ever been to. The entrance door was rusted, and the room was dirty and old. The tv didn’t work, room carpet was extremely dirty. The hair dryer was rusted and didn’t work. The bathtub has bugs in it. The bathroom handle was sticky and sprayed everywhere. The service is very unprofessional, I asked if I can change to another room but was completely ignored because they were busy with phone calls coming in. We didn’t mind downgrading to another room since our booking is nonrefundable. But no offer was made, I’m extremely disappointed.

I'd double check before booking, some things are misleading. Hotel may have 7 restaurant/bars on the property but only 1 is currently open. Resort had hardly any people during our stay in March and they booked everyone on one floor which also brings up how thin the walls are. Could hear everything going around us in the neighbouring room. On our last night we got back to our room after the room was cleaned to find a few things missing, at the time we thought it was only my girlfriends birth control pills but after flying back home the next morning we discovered also some of her make up/ female products also went missing. I will no longer be staying at any of their resorts, shame too as i like their resort in Cuba. Book one of the other many resorts in that area instead.

The staff go out of their way to give you a wonderful experience during our stay. Special mention to Laura from the reception/ front desk for all the effort to rectify the issue of the hot shower in the room.

Great facilities.
This is a very nice hotel with many facilities. There are lovely swimming pools, situated by a wonderful beach. The gym was good with nice view of pool & beach whilst working out. Spa area has sauna, steam room & jacuzzi plus the option to have many types of massage treatments. The staff were lovely. My only small criticism (very small) was the distance to Danang City centre. Though Marble Mountain is a short walk from hotel.

The staff and facilities were great. The separate comfortable check in of the LEVEL was amazing. The pools and grounds were great. The Gym was good. I did not like the buffet at Cap Nao. The food was too cold being outside in the brisk evening breeze. The food should be inside and over warmers. The Cleaners need to do a proper cleaning at least every other day.

Good, but give "the level" a miss
Very nice overall - although the construction was a bit loud. However, the reason for my score is that we paid a lot of extra money for the "level" package, as we had done this before at the Melia resort in Bali. To our disappointment, the level was not on the same "level" -- screaming children everywhere, no real sense of being special, no free food or drinks other than in the level lounge, and at certain times.... If you want to stay here, for a normal booking its great, but I dont recommend paying the extra money for the level.. its not worth it in my opinion.

This hotel was terrible. There were no people it was a ghost town and beach was closed. We didn’t see any other people the whole time which made us only last 1 night. They were not helpful in the cancelling process. Breakfast was mediocre and their was nothing to do in the resort. Would not stay here again.

A nice stay again!
Had a great stay at the Melia again! Friendly staff and efficient service. The room was clean and in nice condition. I also enjoy the breakfast buffet that is offered at the hotel. The gym is very nice and good for a quick workout. The hotel has a wonderful selection of swimming pools.
