Everything was perfect the only thing was are upstairs neighbors were loud all night, we decide next time we stay here we will stay on the 3rd floor

Cockroaches in room. Property needs updating- photos on website are misleading. The room was poorly lit with industrial lighting and had a musty smell. Furniture, carpet, AC, bathroom were run down. Hot tub broken. The AC was oddly close to one of the beds and had a pack of chemical beads in the unit -presumably to help with the smell? However, staff was nice and parking was included.

Everything was satisfactory and staff was very nice. It was a bit noisy on the first floor with people above us and outside. Pillows were awful. That wouid be my biggest complaint. They were very bulky and in pieces inside the case. Continental breakfast was perfect.

Neighbors around us were very loud and immature. At one point some of them were running up and down the aisles with a target cart they stole. All that is fine I get that things happen but our door was the worst. It would Not open easily. We had to keep putting our card in and try to push it open multiple time for it to open.

The property is close to the park and the availability of transportation was convenient. The breakfast that was offered is not the best but it was nice to have. Parking was free so that is a great feature. Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly.

Food was not was online and room was not online false advertising looked like motel six and the manager said they switch food so one day great breakfast next bad this place not greatand Ana lady in checkin in office lousy attitude but cheap place their gift shop overly priced

I have stayed last year, this year, breakfast was lukewarm at best and the room smelled musty, paint was peeing off the bathroom walls. I probably will look around before staying here again.

Very good hotel for the price! All you can eat complimentary breakfast that is good and has choices! Our room had a second separate room with a bunk bed and sofa bed for the kids along with their own tv! Talk about a vacation within a vacation! Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We’re already planning another trip down here and this will be our first hotel choice!

They didnt tell me until the day I checked in that they didnt have the room I had originally purchased. They put us in a room that they said had two queen beds, they were not, they were doubles it made it hard to fit my party.

This hotel is a very convenient walking distance to the Disneyland parks. The breakfast was another convenience as well, especially if traveling with a medium to large size group. With that being said, the rooms were very…blah. Old and stuffy. The fact that they only clean them every 3rd day makes it worst. Overall, just an economical place to stay, nothing to write home about.

The room we were put in was very outdated. The hinges on the doors were rusty and the carpet Wa questionable at best. The picture we booked off of was a remodeled room that we did not get put in

The best thing about this place is the walkable distance to the convention center. Though for the price we paid, this motel was completely not worth it. It’s completely run down. The layout of the rooms makes no sense. Our room looked like it had not been cleaned - hair on the bed, in the bathroom, on the pillows. Would not stay here again.

Staff was great, check-in went smooth, My door lock was malfunctioning and maintenance was quick to respond, They got the card reader for the lock to work good enough. The room was a bit musty and the rear window was locked closed not allowing for cross ventilation to air out room.

Staff was always helpful, breakfast was average hotel breakfast, but great it was included. Room had very comfortable beds, though the walls are the most soundproof (lots of kids and you can hear most things though the walls). I'd stay here again for a Disney vacation, as it was close by (about 1mi walk) and had a microwave/fridge and comfy bed.
