There were cockroaches inside the room. The walls are pretty thin, could hear the neighbors. They were load. The indoor pool was not heated at all like it said it was. It was at freezing temperatures.

Condo smelled of cigarette smoke. Light bulb out in the bathroom. Toilet too close to sink. Bed frame was not supported very well. When booked stated “marina view”. And their was not! A view of Sonic parking lot. Pipe kept banging all night near washer dryer connection. And dog barked constantly next door.

Keep in mind that some people live in this building, so they will not be courteous about noise. The location is decent, right between whataburger and sonic so you have food close by if you don’t want to venture into the city, not far from the beach or Corpus. The building itself is slightly run down, elevator is janky HOWEVER at least there is one at all, because the winding staircase was not for me especially since we were on the 4th floor. The room on its own, is quaint with nice amenities for you to use. You have your own washer and dryer, which is a huge convenience when staying on the beach all day! Very clean, enjoyed the balcony. Overall, I give it 7/10. Parking was not an issue, there was more than enough spaces.

Could not stay, had to get another hotel. Room smelled like mold, bed uncomfortable. The only thing we were told was they would notify local management.

I liked the pool, although it looked as if it could be cleaner. I personally liked the location and the room, it was within minutes to Whitecap beach and to good fishing spots. My wife was not too pleased with the room though, she did not like that the room was right next to an exit door which would stay open all night long due to the rollers on the bottom of the sliding glass door were broken. We didn't like that there was a nice coffee maker but no coffee. Overall I feel was a good place and I would consider another stay.
