Great place to stay in the centre of Copenhagen. Would have given 5 stars, but the fact that the WiFi kept disappearing to the extent that we barely had any during our entire stay was really frustrating. Trying to plan next day’s activities and travel options without WiFi was impossible. The beds were way too soft & dipping in the middle quite badly. Blackout curtains were great! Shower great. No top up on the few complementary tea & coffees while we were there and strangely (and annoyingly) no mirrors in the room itself - only in the bathroom!!

The hotel is convenient to transportation stations. Very convenient. The receptionist is very nice. The room was big. I enjoyed my stay even if its only a day. I have been here since monday and I have booked the wrong flight back home and my friends already left friday. so thank you so much Imperial hotel for making my stay worth it. I have explored the surrounding areas, which i have enjoyed.

Good location. The beds are for children; not what you expect from a good hotel but that seems to be normal in Europe where the standards are very poor. The shower is also not good (hand held shower in a tub). The breakfast which is extra is good.

We had a lovely stay at the Imperial Hotel. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, and very large family room. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic and the overall location was great!

Our first room and something “gunky” and hair in the bed. We were given a new room but there was a lot of mould on the shower head, the sealant around the bath, and the grouting. There was also no soap in the dispenser in the shower. Thankfully we were only there for one night. It’s hard to recommend this place.

I liked everything expect elevators only held 3 people, and with one elevator out of order at the time, there was a constant wait for the elevators. We had to walk up and down several flights a couple of times.
