"We have stayed here for several years but this year will be our last. The facility is nice but the pool is too small for the number of guests. It is not the hotels fault but the bar next door plays incredibly loud music from 9pm til closing at 2am or so which makes it difficult to sleep. And since the Country Music Festival is now on the weekend we are here for another event, that music just adds to the unbearable noise level.
The staff are generally nice but there were only 2 bellmen/car valets when we arrived so no help was available. There was only 1 staff checking in people as well - totally overwhelmed.
And the desk staff person I asked about housekeeping after being there for 3 nights, "Jeff ", was curt almost rude, that I even asked for housekeeping service"
