Incredible hotel and very friendly staff. We spent 2 nights and really enjoyed our experience. We were able to access the mall, pub, swimming pool without having to leave the hotel. Good way to end your trip. Will come back again.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and i was very impressed with the staff and facilities in the middle of the city. They catered for the smaller things that most hotels overlook, like escorting you to the breakfast table and finding out what hot drink will be required, didn't have to queue at the egg station etc. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The best feature for me was there roof top pool and the gym. Had every equipment

Hi standard of service, room cleanliness etc. The first room I was given looked into a building site and was therefore noisy. I asked to move and was given a new room on the other side of the hotel that was much quieter. Overall, a great experience at a reasonable price. Great value for money

The hotel is in a perfect location near everything important like shops, nightclubs, bars etc, food in the hotel was nice but they need to stay true to the Sri Lankan culture and always have Sri Lankan food available at the buffet. Tea in Sri Lanka is world class so should be available in all the hotels across Sri Lanka. Attention to detail is important and Sri Lanka is well known for this, but this standard has dropped a little and needs addressing. Pool was wonderful and warm, bars and restaurants around the pool was good, turnstiles around the pool area were a little annoying and somewhat unnecessary. All in on the hotel is lovely and I will definitely stay there again
