One major inconvenience was the physical key. Very annoying when my wife and I had different schedule and the same key was being used to keep the lights on. Visiting other rooms without taking the key out was challenging.

Our home from home
This is one of several visits to this hotel, which is like a home from home to us. Staff recognised us from previous visits and really treated us well. We had a fabulous room and the breakfast each morning was really good - excellent value for money. Siva, in the restaurant, took very good care of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely book this hotel again.

Clean,staff pleasant. Breakfast adequate. But the wardrobe sliding door didn’t work properly. It was hard to open. Some TV channels were not clear ( CNN and some others). As we were leaving The hotel early morning when we checked out, they gave us sandwiches and fruits to take with us for breakfast.

Worth the price, very clean, staff were very helpful specially restaurant staff Siva and also would like to compliment Shasha and Jayanth. Breakfast and their inhouse bakery items are scrumptious. Worth the price. Location is great as close to the ocean view/breeze. Not having swimming pool (or we didn't check) as it was a hectic trip. Highly recommend this hotel in Colombo

The property was ok. Nice view to the beach from hotel room. Convenient to shopping. Room bathroom had roaches and shower drain was accumulating water. On my complaint, my room was upgraded to better room.
