This resort is not currently operating as a resort. The description of what the hotel offers is not accurate. There is no security, no daily housekeeping, only 1 restaurant with limited operating hours, the main pool is dirty and full of leaves, and the only one useable is the slide pool. There are no activities operating as advertised for children as there is not enough staff. I wish I had been informed of this before travelling and offered an alternative, we requested to change our hotel but got no further assistance past my first enquiry with expedia. we wanted and looked forward to a resort holiday and booked this hotel for that reason. But what we got was a room and breakfast, luckily the slides were operating and teen hideout was open or there really would have been nothing for our kids to do. The hotel/Expedia should have advised us of the limited facilities currently at this hotel and offered us changes or refunds before we travelled. We booked this hotel when this was Novotel, we booked it as we trust this hotel chain and know what to expect, destination resorts do not meet these expectations in any way.

Well, an excellent hotel, caters for the children very well, Massive hotel, massive reception and staff were all excellent. Can’t say a bad word about the place and we had no kids 👍 locally there are bars and restaurants in easy walking distance, also on the beach which is only a few minutes walk

Perfect family resort.
Overall the perfect place for our kids, the staff are all very helpful and attentive, the reception team were great, easy check in and check out, with a nice gesture of a room upgrade. Edward in particular was fantastic, he is a filipino that worked in the adventure area, there was also an elderly gentleman that worked in the kitchen in the mornings that always greeted us with a smile and made a lovely omelette. Overall a lovely stay, thank you. The team working at this resort were all amazing, we dint have a single negative comment and we stayed with you for 10 days.

A really child friendly resort with lovely pool area and slides and well thought out children’s entertainment options. Staff friendly and helpful and a great location so close to the beach.

Should have walked out when we saw the lobby...
Like cheesy mini Disneyland. Everything’s aimed at, decorated for and planned around families with lots of little kids. Loud music, bar and kid programs on pool side into the night. Loud construction noise starting at 8 a.m. on other side. Beach across the street is packed. For quiet and nice, small beach, go south to Sunsuri Hotel at Nai Harn Beach.
