The lake view was amazing! Very clean. Walking distance to restaurants. And the staff was super friendly. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

The room was extremely hot. Took 3 days for it to get fixed to something tolerable, and they gave me a big box fan…like how about just fix the issue. There is no breakfast unless you’re going to pay 15 dollars for oatmeal in a cup. There is in room service, with nothing being less then 25-30 dollars a piece. Even for the appetizers. You also get charged a daily “urban experience fee” and “urban tax fee” when you check out. Not sure what I am experiencing… for 30 dollars a day. Would have rather they have just added that to the charge when we booked. I was there for a conference, at least the conference had free water…that was pretty cool. If you have the option to stay somewhere else…I probably would. But hey they have a nice gym…and free apples in the gym so that was cool.

This is a very average hotel, which isn't a bad thing but it isn't a great thing either. The staff at the front desk seemed distracted in all three interactions I had with them - perhaps short staffed? A-plus for the water pressure in the shower, but the door didn't close entirely which resulted in lots of water on the bathroom floor. $10 for boxed water in the room - hard pass. Would stay again if everything in the area was booked, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

I don’t like how they charge you “urban experience fee”- including shoe shine, complimentary coffee between 5a-6a (who is awake at 5😒). High speed internet. I didn’t need internet. I have my phone data. You didn’t have a choice they just charge you 25 dollars a night! Very unprofessional

The river view was amazing . The hotel staff is amazing . Everyone is super nice. I stayed at the Hyatt across the street couple years back and it is no comparison . Our room had a fridge and they supply you with robes that are super comfortable. Room service is super quick . Next time I visit , swissotel is where I am staying

This property was amazing. Every single person was wonderful. They gave us an early check in. Anything we needed they were there to help. Hotel bar was wonderful, the Palm restaurant’s food was excellent.

I liked the cleanness of the room but there was a huge issue about internet connection. Wifi did not work almost at all. I am an international tourist and hotel wifi was crucial. On the first day, I asked for a room change, but one of their staff answered it was because many people were connecting and there was nothing they could do. It was 2pm. Obviously it should not be the busiest time at hotel it’s before all guests check in. As internet in room was not only inconsistent but more like not available throughout my stay m, I needed buy eSIM that works in US. The hotel has a Congress hall, and then the room interest should not be interfered even if many other guests using internet. There is definitely a room for improvement. The no internet makes my travel harder.

Service (1/5): I have never been treated anywhere near as terribly as the front desk staff here. I came by at 11am to drop off my luggage prior to my 3pm check-in, only to return at 2:15pm to be told that I’ve only just been put in a queue and that my 3pm check in was no longer promised. They did not provide me any valid reason for I was not added to this queue when I first spoke to front desk staff three hours earlier at 11am that morning. Absolutely abhorrent business practice. Overpriced hotel for motel 8 quality service. Room (1/5): There were silverfish throughout the room and the discarded cap of a disposable razor was left in the (tiny) shower. Pictures of both are attached to this review. Rooms and bathrooms are dated, the air vent rattles, and you can hear every sound from upstairs neighbors. This hotel was such a disappointment.

Great property, clean but could have been better if the parking was included in the booking. Parking fees are expensive.
