They sent me a text the day before check in about can they do anything special. I responded and got a robo reply that they would get back to me in 2 or 3 days. Breakfast was good. Coffee was bad, both at the breakfast and the room. No comfy chair. Lots of planes heard.

My thermostat didn’t work. I was freezing all night. One of my pillowcases was stained. The people were nice and the breakfast was decent. The location is convenient to the airport. But the place wasn’t super clean.

This place was amazing. What I loved most about it was how convenient it was to local restaurants and shopping also right next to the airport. Staffing was also amazing. They really took care of they’re customers needs. Breakfast the first morning wasn’t so amazing but the second day was amazing. Very clean and spacious for myself and my son. I would most definitely book here again and I recommend this place.

Excellent location if flying out of Midway. Staff very warm and welcoming when we came in late to check in. Room was clean and well suited to our needs. Shuttle to airport ontime and just a few minutes trip.
