I would’ve gave a high rating on everything, but the toiletries was not restocked. For the toiletries EVERY guest uses the same. They have three dispensers over the tub, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Then the lotion was attached to the wall over the sink. I feel this can spread germs. Unsanitary, don’t know what people have on their hands to touch the pump or if someone put anything in them. Discussing.They did have one small single bar of hand soap. One of the towels had orange stains like kool-aid. Other than that lady at the desk was friendly and I felt safe.

Parking was a little difficult as there are several hotels in that same area which share parking spaces. Staff was not very interactive with people but the room was clean and spacious

I checked in on Monday and my room did not receive any service until Thursday. i ran out of toilet tissue and coffee and everything. We paid for the use of the conference room and ice water for every day for the week and it was only filled @ of the 5 days.

This hotel is close to Midway airport with lots of dining options within walking distance. It was clean but not particularly quiet. The guests next door to our room were pretty loud into the early morning hours the night we stayed. Earplugs worked great. Bed was comfortable and parking was easy.

Hotel and room were clean. Wouldn’t mind going back. Hate you have to pay for parking when anyone can still go inside the parking lot but other than that it’s good.

Most of the Staff were Friendly. Breakfast Bar could use more Variety than Cheese Omelet, Sausage, Oatmeal, Waffles, Country Potato's and Cold Cereal,Everyday. It needs to change either everyday or every other day. I almost forgot make sure your Fridge/Freezer does WORK.

I enjoyed the property and the room. Great walking distance to almost everything. The only thing I was not happy about was the Fridge/Freezer. Walked across to Culver's got a 4pk Pints of Ice Cream.Stuck them into Freezer for later use. That evening came back Soda not Cold and ALL PINTS OF ICE CREAM MELTED. Fridge/Freezer not working!! Maint. replaced Fridge/Freezer with one that worked. But TOOO late for Ice Cream. ALREADY Thawed, Warm. SOO Unimpressed. Other than that Nice Place. Thank You.

Almost excellent stay
Everything was very good with two exceptions - shuttles weren't timely and were often filled to capacity (forcing us to use an Uber back to the airport), and breakfast was less than stellar. We never expect everything to be perfect, but if one or both of those stepped up a notch, then I would provide the highest rating.

Great Place to Stay
This hotel was great! They have a shuttle service, The hotel was clean, the employees were super friendly. The only thing i did not like was the breakfast had no meat. But other than that, everything was exceptional.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean (as you would expect from a Hampton Inn), our room was quiet even though its near the airport and a busy street. The airport shuttle was great too. A couple restaurants are right there in the hotel complex. The area looked safe enough to walk to them.
