Upon check-in, we walked around the property. The pool was lime green, and the plunge pools were almost as bad it’s rated at 4 1/2 stars they oversold I didn’t even complete my check in and found another hotel for me to say I was let down is an understatement.

Hotel room lovely, staff very helpful arranging transportation, storage of luggage. Shampoos and soaps lower quality than expected given “spa” hotel. Breakfast menu good. Had the international buffet dinner, seafood was not as fresh as expected, selections limited and quality not ideal. Food offered at nearby night market far superior and cheaper.

A bit of luxury for your trip!
This is a luxurious hotel and treat for myself as my other plans changed suddenly. The spa is expensive but very good! The rooms are spacious and i had a bath in my room which was lovely! Only downside which is not the hotels fault is there are alot of mosquitos here.

スタッフはとても親切で市内観光などおすすめ、ドライバーのコーディネートをしてくれました。建物は新しくはないですが、タイの伝統的な雰囲気を味わうことができて、熱帯植物とプールに囲まれステキです。 他の方も書いていますが蚊がたくさんいるので、伝えるとスタッフがスプレーをしてくれます。私たちはそのスプレーを追加で購入して使ったところ効き目がありました。 徒歩圏内にはあまり見るところがないのでタクシーが必要ですが、リラックスできるのでまた利用したいと思います。

Resort no longer at its peak
We were a group of 2 retired American couples who spent 3 nights at the Siripanna Resort and Spa in January 2023. The friendly airport transfer driver arranged by the hotel was waiting for us when we deplaned. The resort looks “tired” and is located on a busy road across the street from several dilapidated “stores”. Check-in was quick, efficient, and courteous. The reception staff were very responsive and personable. We each chose a villa around the pool and each was surrounded by vibrant, oversized leafy foliage. The traditional bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious, water pressure and temperatures were excellent, air conditioning worked well, beds were comfortable, and the wifi was consistent. The resort, however, has passed its prime. There was only one working restaurant, and it was essentially vacant around dinner time which was perhaps due to a limited menu. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of food and was well attended. There was no bar. Note: AX is not accepted and the hotel does not exchange currency.

The hotel is not honestly advertising their offer. Spa and half of the property is shut down, giving a feel of total neglect when you walk around. The spa was the reason i booked this hotel in the first place. The staff is totally passive, non engaging, no greetings. The restaurant staff is more distracted by their phones or having fun between each others than answering your questions while standing with the menu in your hands.

We enjoyed how quiet it was from the traffic and street noise. It is not walking distance to many food options. Also, we had to leave two days early for a family situation and they would not credit us the two days. That was terrible customer service.

Once a beautiful hotel but time hasn’t been kind
This was once clearly a beautiful hotel but time has not been kind. We were a group of 9 and two couples decided to move to another hotel half way through our trip without a refund. The staff moved one couple and did offer to see if they could help with another room when they still weren’t happy but the general upkeep of the hotel was not good. The dining room was dirty, the breakfast wasn’t great and there were a lot of bugs. Given the amount of greenery this was not a surprise and the rooms were lovely but just clearly weren’t cleaned before we arrived as they were dusty. It took our complaining for a proper clean and there were dirty dishes left by the pool, outside rooms etc and they weren’t cleared up in 48 hours in some cases. All this hotel needs is some TLC which I understand is hard in the present Covid situation so allowances can be made but you would expect if some of a large group felt they had to leave without getting money back then the staff would fall over themselves to improve things however they seem that they just didn’t care about the others once we left. Value for money was good but the hotel just needs an overhaul and good clean and the staff to care more and appreciate guests especially at the moment

Staff was warm and helpful. House-keeping kept the room in great condition. Breakfast choice was not much. Hot water disappeared in the second night and hotel staff was not able to fix it.

We first stayed near the old city, then we moved to this Thai style resort for 2 nights. We got a deluxe Thai style room; was very spacious and beautiful Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was really beautiful and quiet. We spent a lot of time there. Location, theres nothing around and the spa is really expensive for Thai standard. So we got massaged and shopped elsewhere. Its about 15 mins by car to the old city. They hold free classes everyday but need 24hr advance booking, so check out before you arrive. We did the fruit carving class and I got a free 10 mins massage (super good one I must say). They even have rice paddy field planting and tree planting activities too.

When we arrived, we waited over an hour for our room to be ready, even tho we arrived late in the day. They said they upgraded us due to the long wait, but when we arrived into the room it was clearly not cleaned — still unclear why we were waiting so long. I found a fingernail, cabinets and surfaces were very dusty and there was residue and water stains on glass shower door. The room was clearly NOT cleaned before we arrived.

This villa is very beautiful and the staff is super helpful. The only complaint I have is the bed is very firm, almost to a uncomfortable level if you used to the softer bed. Other than that, everything is amazing.
