    Front office is nice . But food quality and breakfast service is worst . Restaurant staff is not good. They did not response . Very bad and disappointing behaviour. Pls take care of food quality and service.

    It is located in a central place close to the train station and shopping malls and restaurants. So definitely kudoos to the property in that aspect but, what I didnt like was the unwillingness of the hotel staff to accomodate to simple requests and amenities.

    Room was comfortable , there were a few issues which were attended to promptly. Breakfast was very good with excellent range and choice for different palletes. Location was central. Staff were very good in their overall service, special mention of Pravin during breakfast and Mehtab at the counter service. A slight damper on this overall positive experience was when we were heading back home , at the Chennai airport we were met by a gentleman who said he was for the Radisson group and would be pleased to help us with our baggage and check in. We were a little surprised as no one mentioned this to us when we were checking out. This gentleman seemed to know the airlines counter staff and was friendly enough. After the assistance and after we had tipped him , he came up to us and asked for more.....this was a surprise and a not so pleasant one. The hotel needs to alert their guests on such a service and it should not be thrusted upon guests. Otherwise, a return to this hotel is most certain.
