"Staff was friendly and accommodating. They were able to offer early check-in when we arrived early in the day, which I very much appreciated. Rooms were comfortable and very clean.When we had an issue with opening the safe, someone came right away to help. Only two elevators, so sometimes we had to wait a few minutes, but not a big deal. "My experience here was very good. If you are a person who only needs bare minimum (bed, bathroom, shelf) then it is perfect if you need more like a fridge, more closet space, or anywhere to put your things if there’s more than one person than it might not be the perfect fit. The bed was super comfy, hot water available, staff was super friendly and welcoming. Perfect location as well seeing time square as soon as you walk out the building is definitely a perk you can’t get at other places. "

"I’ve been to the dream before for work (bridal makeup artist) and to go to the club Phd, so i knew the ambiance was nice, and this hotel was aesthetically pleasing. After staying here i can say the staff was great and helpful, the rooms were clean and i felt safe. Whenever me or my boyfriend called for something they were speedy with getting whatever it was to our room, ice, cups, silverware ect. The men who helped us at the front desk both nights were friendly and wonderful. I heard complaints about rooms being too loud and hearing the nightclub but we didn’t have that problem in our room, we didn’t hear the nightclub at all. We had a room with a king bed overlooking the pool. We didn’t get to try the restaurants in the hotel, and we didn’t go to the bars or clubs but we did venture out for dinners, shopping, and a rangers game. This hotel is in a great location. There were so many great restaurants and shops walkable. MSG was only about a mile walk. We also took advantage of Chelsea Market being a few feet away. I would stay here again without hesitation! "
