"We’ve stayed at this property a few times and it’s always been a great place to stay when in WNY. Staff is always friendly, and Nona the GM got us checked in real quick. The room was super clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast offered so many choices, just great! Lots of shopping nearby and restaurants galore! Short drive from the airport. Great place to stay. We will definitely be back."

"I read some negative reviews before our stay but we found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and well maintained. Some complained about the smoke but we were in a non-smoking room and there was no hint of smoke. The only place we found smokey was the smoking side of the casino but that is separated from the rest which smelled fine. The only downside is there isn't much around the casino in terms of dining options (unless you are into the Hard Rock or Rainforest Cafe) so we ate on the Canadian side of the border. Overall we would definitely stay here again."
