Booked a room for 4 people but the sofa bed was not done when we arrived (11pm).Had to do the bed for my children by myself. Room was dirty, painting peels off, hit/ac box was dislocated from the wall, dust everywhere, stain on the carpet. Friendly staff and good location !

Quaint stay with good views
Even though we arrived late, the receptionist was attentive and friendly. The process was quick! If you arrive by car, it is better to book the carage from the hotel! The studio was well cleaned befoure our arrival. Excellent stay for one night! Would recommend!

Great business hotel near to everything.
Nice business hotel with a very well equipped kitchen. Carpets are shot and stained, but everything else was very clean. Helpful staff at check in who spoke good English (helpful for language morons like me!). Nice location close to train station and GEM.

Pathetic Stay
Stay was not that great , had to stay in a room with no AC while it was really hot in grenoble. Completely congested with no AC . Hotel staff did not even give a room change or refund for 3 days and only on the 4th day i got a room with AC . I am sure hotel knew that AC was not working in that room and still offered it to me and with no change latter.

A great place to stay. Staff very helpful and friendly and the studios are well equipped with self catering facilities. Keep a lookout for free events and goodies (like fondue!) during your stay. If you can get a room on a higher floor there are great views of the mountains (rather than the back of buildings!). Gym is very small and basic (one set of dumbells) but sauna is good.

A good business trip hotel
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and their English was quite well spoken. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette well appointed. The view from my 7th floor apartment was absolutely superb, which was good because I had the window open most mornings and nights (as the air conditioner worked little of the time). My main complaint was that the WiFi was kind of unstable and slow at times

Perfect location, missing amenities
This was a perfect location - walking distance from the Grenoble bus station and all sites/facilities. I had trouble with the air-conditioning and it would have been nice to have some coffee and tea in the room as they charged for it in the lobby.

IDEAL LOCATION
Very clean and spacious with exceptionally helpful staff. Great location for an easy walk into the city centre or jumping a tram. BEWARE though parking in street is a nightmare and although you can rent the car park it is below ground via a lift and our Xtrail only JUST managed to fit in and then to get into or out of parking bays it was a 10 point turn. It is more designed for Ford Focus type sizes

unusable wifi, uncomfortable bed, boring location
Stayed there this week for a week. The bed is just a pair of twins pressed together and, if you're familiar with that setup, you'll know that they will separate halfway through the night. The wifi is only usable from like 10am-3pm. Outside of those hours, you'll be lucky if you get a connection. If you do, it'll drop more than 50% of the packets, meaning, in layperson's terms, that loading webpages, chat, video, etc. are all slow/choppy/broken. Would not return.

The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was fine. I could charge my phone using my international adapter, but my curling iron wouldn't work (I had the same problem at The Grosvernor in London, so the problem might be with the appliance). I do not know the city, so I am not sure about the area. Do not count on Google to help find this hotel from the train station. It will send you all over the place. The hotel staff know a direct route which takes about five minutes to walk, so call them before you go.

Grenoble is a beautiful town with much of interest to explore. Hotel is well located for access to public transport and centre ville. Staff are very friendly and helpful and can speak enough English to make it easy for English speaking guests. We thought breakfast should be included in the price and certain items, such as fruit, were not reliably available

The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The first room I got smelled like fried fish and the heater did not work, which resulted in changing my room. The location is not great if you are staying for fun. My room looked into an abondaned building.

We were spending Thanksgiving in Grenoble visiting our son who is studying at GIM. The hotel was located near the school, trolley stop, and downtown. Comfortable suite for my husband, daughter, and me. Beautiful views of the mountians from the balcony. Easy access to everything. Would stay again.

Nice location but needs to be fixed up.
The room was hot! A/C would not work. Even leaving windows wide open in late October was not enough to overcome the heat. Room was in serious need of renovation. Some rotted wood window sills, etc.

After my arrive, there was no shower gel, so I asked for refill but they replied that they only can give me on next morning but they never refill it in my 10 days stay. ( I don't ask again because I bought it myself). Even they had make the room once a week, but leave the shower gel empty! When I asked for changing towels, they gave me only one and leaving the used towels in the bathroom. I have to change room after 10 days but the second one have smell of smoke (it should be smoke free room), but they don't have room for me to change. I asked for a electric kettle, which they have in the previous room, but they said on more!

I moved into a room with an unclean fridge. A replacement room was provided but the lights weren't working in one of the rooms. Also, no service available meaning I had to move rooms with luggage myself and no one to address room issues. Apart from the above, the room was alright.

This hotel needs some help.
We stay here frequently as it is close to family. The desk staff whom we dealt with were very nice and helpful. We did not deal with other staff. The carpets are very dirty, both in the reception area and rooms-worse in reception. Sheets are not fitted as so are off the mattress during the night. Towels are not replaced.

Good, but they OUGHT to fix the AC system!
Overall, it was a nice hotel. Good location, very nice staff, clean. But they have some major terrible problems with air conditioning which I happened to be there during the 94F degree heat (34 C) and AC in the bedroom was not working. They were not able to fix it despite several complaints, although the very nice person at the front desk gave me a fan which made things tolerable. But hey, there is no excuse for AC problems in the summer! If I were to come back to Grenoble in summer months, I will not be staying at Hipark - only because of the AC issues. Would consider staying there in the winter though.

Breakfast good. Service was good except cleaning. The fitness center lacks weights and cold water, and muggs (The water from the tap is hot).
