"Excellent! Wonderful view of the water and surrounding islands, San Giorgio Maggiore and Lido. Vaporetto stop is directly in front of the hotel. San Marco square is around the corner. The staff goes above and beyond, very friendly and helpful! "

"The staff are definitely the star of this hotel. They are friendly and accommodating. The room is pretty and neat. However, it was a little too warm for us and the AC does not work as well. We had to open windows to cool the room which can be a little noisy and bugs got in. "

"Loved the hotel suite. Being VIP member they gave us an upgrade. Breakfast quality was top class. Only issue was there is no Central AC and even in March room was really hot. Front desk was rude when asked for help. First they denied that room being hot and I had to tell them what the reading says then the guy rudely said we can’t do anything about it and hung up. We opened the windows and it cooled down the room. Guy was not patient enough to give that simple suggestion. But other than that the room was great and the stay was nice 👍"
