We found the food excellent. We took full advantage of the free room service and found it great. The only issue we had was with our transportation reservation with a mini van given we were a group of 6. Both times the reservation was lost but the concierge and ground people at the airport were excellent to correct the issue. From the outside looking in it appears they need a better reservation system that contacts the mini van company a head of time. Back to positive the service at the pool was exquisite. I walked to the bar a total two times. The other hundred times we were served promptly, accurately and with a smile. Overall a great vacation and highly recommend this location.
