Pros: beautiful views. The tent was nicely equipped with a comfortable bed, decent internet, refrigerator, coffee maker and fairy lights inside the tent. Beautiful at sunset looking over the ocean. Cons: this property is not ready for prime time especially for those who need a sure-footed surface to walk on. Definitely not for those who have any walking impairments. There was a slippery and steep walk down to the tent where stairs could have easily been added. These have to be ascended and descended when using the bathroom which is nicely equipped but away from the tent. Solar lights were not enough to light that pathway, safely, after dark. The loud natural sounds of birds and frogs we're not as disturbing as the traffic sounds, as this is near a roadway. Except for the tented area, the rest of the area around the property is unsightly and unkempt.

Not a real hotel… more like a bad airbnb
The owner accused me of trespassing as they were not at the property at the time of my arrival. Booking details were misleading. The owner persisted in being rude the following morning despite her mistake the previous evening. Beautiful view and vegetation, but the owner lacked Aloha. I do not recommend this place.

Who needs water?
On the phone & in pictures, sure! It sounds & looks great. Truth is if you are a fan of black mold & a lack of potable drinking water...then this is the place for you. (Never mind drinking...the shower water was so full of bleach only my husband suffered through it).

They put a lot of effort into the home. I did have to sleep with bug spray on because there were mosquitos everywhere. The shower and bathroom facilities were unique but definitely doable. I'd stay here again.
