Booked at 21:41pm on the 18th of December 2020. Just to arrive and find hotel has not got my booking after payment sent out from my account and confirmation received Waited 1 n a half hours outside to get my bookings sorted as they never believe i paid after showing proof of payment aswell as confirmation emails. Front of house has a bad attitude Will never return . Wont recommend ether.

Very congenial staff. Great location for exploring Central area. The area seemed a little dosfy after dark but was very nice during the day. Within walking distance of all buses and trains. I needed an early check-in and they accommodated me.
