We had a great time. Staff was incredible, we had our room cleaned sometimea 2 times per day. Great childrens acctivities. Great tasting food and variety.

Great place for the wife and kid, I have a 2 year old, he was extremely happy. Food was great, there’s so many options. We went for 4 days and there was no way we could try all of them. Cleaning service was AMAZING. All in all I would definitely go back in the next couple of years. amazing experience for all.

Very nice resort. It is on a beautiful beach and has multiple pools, with lifeguards during daytime hours. There were multiple restaurant options and 24 hour room service. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. It was far out enough that it was not crowded, but still within 40 minutes of the airport. We will consider staying again if we travel to Cancun.

This Hotel has great quality food, very clean and also staff is super friendly always going beyond to give us the best customer service. In Viña del mar buffet our waiters were Salvador and Andres and they gave us excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Review was too long to even post so I'll make it short and sweet. Staff were rude and unhelpful except for the front desk, which were amazing. Rooms were fine, but pillows and beds very uncomfortable and thermostat was locked so it was always hot as can be in the room. Also were told we were "upgraded" to "VIP level" which was a total joke, there was no upgrade whatsoever. Pool and beach areas nice, but finding a seat is very hard and most of the chairs are covered in bird poop Food was ATROCIOUS. We are not picky people by any means but this food was borderline inedible. We ended up eating out for every meal after day 3. My husband described the fish as "cat food", and that man will eat just about anything without complaint. Drinks were at least decent, if you could get a bartender to not treat you like dirt. Also don't expect to have anything to drink before 11 am (a mimosa with breakfast would have been nice) or after 11 pm. Housekeeping was great in the beginning, but it seemed as the days passed it became lazy. No replacements on coffee cups, drink glasses from the night before left out, etc. Total experience - 5.5/10 Will not be returning.

Absolutely beautiful. From the room out to the beach and everything in between. Every person we spoke with was friendly and professional. It’s the perfect spot to walk down to the shops or take the ferry over to Island Mujeres. Look no further. You should stay here!

This stay would have been perfect had there not been a serious noise issue in the rooms due to the heavy chairs. Anytime someone in the room above moved their chair (there are 3 chairs in each room) it resulted in loud noises to the room below. This caused very poor sleep as the people above us moved their chairs all night long. This issue could be easily resolved by placing felt pads under the chair legs instead of the plastic nylon tips they currently have.

We had a really nice stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun - All Inclusive. It was clean and comfy. The staff was friendly and professional. The food was just average but there were several restaurants to choose from. We had a little trouble with dinners with 2 of our 3 kids being slightly picky eaters but we were able to order chicken nuggets at most places.

Nothing to do. Food was mediocre at best. Hotel is very outdated. Jacuzzi in room did not work. Bathroom mirrors were rusted all over. Sink leaking underneath with mold present. Two pairs of sunglasses disappeared from room. Cockroach in room. Could not get restaurant reservations even though it said only day prior needed and we requested on first day. Restaurants were not full so very confused as to why. Hardly any beach area (although I know that cannot be helped). FARRRRR from 5 star resort and not at all like we remember 10 years ago. Also the airport shuttle service we booked AT the hotel and it did not show up.

We travelled here with our 4 kids, between 4-10 years old and this property did not disappoint. The Highs: • Food! The food options, including the buffet were all very good. We didn’t have one disappointing meal in our 8 days. • Service! Everyone and everywhere was 5 star service. I was blown away from the servers, bartenders, and all the staff working hard to clean and create an amazing experience. Moses and Rene were amazing at the East bar and poolside service. • Beach – which was WAY bigger than I expected based on other reviews. There were lots of chairs available throughout the day, and lots of room for kids to play etc. • Pools – We spent most of our time at the East pool. Our room was at that end and we ended up there by default, but so glad we did. It had a great bar, huge pool and more shade/sun options that elsewhere. Plus it has a restaurant for lunch right there! • Kids – this resort welcomes kids and treated them amazing. Our kids were at the pool bar at 11am when it opened for a smoothy, and Moses (or others) were always there to make them with a smile. Lows: • Pool Chairs – This is my one and only complaint. I had to be up by 5:30am to get any chairs by the pool. Yes, we went over Spring Break – but there has to be a better way. We had a group of 15 people, so getting at least a few chairs was important so the early mornings were a must. If you cam past 6:30/7 there was NO chairs left at the pools – only beach. Many of the chairs were not touched until

The property was beautiful, clean and the staff were attentive. Food was great too and there are variety of excellent restaurants inside the property that you can choose from every night without extra charge. Just need to make reservations. The ice cream bar was a delight! We go there every night and it’s free! I think my only criticism is the selling of membership. Apart from this it is 10/10 for my family.

Pools and beach kept clean. Friendly staff for most part. Gym was large, with spin classes, new equipment. Master suite with gorgeous view was spacious for family of 4. Sports lounge/games room very run down and in need of an upgrade. Overall a pleasant resort, we enjoyed our stay.
