Despite having emailed the hotel beforehand about the possibility of an extra bed for our daughter without receiving a response, we arrived only to find that we weren't given the option, and there was an additional cost involved. This departure from the standard practice we encountered at other hotels during our two and a half weeks in Vietnam was disappointing and left us feeling uninformed. However, the hotel itself was exceptional in many ways. The staff members were fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The amenities provided were great, and the surroundings were truly wonderful. One standout moment was meeting the general manager, Andre, who impressed us with his thoughtfulness and excellent representation of the company. His responsiveness to our concerns was commendable and added to the positive impression we had of the hotel.
