room service was poor. the bedsheet was torn the blanket was torn as they were used several times. Pool side chaires had dirty mattresses. the mattresses had stains. Wasn’t a good experience

Hotel is beautiful and very clean. The spa was fantastic. Sonya was exceptional and professional. The highlight of the property is the pool bar Tonic. The service and food are fantastic. Elvira and the bar team provided first rate service from drinks, food and recommendations around Goa. Make sure to enjoy the Saturday hi top Brunch. lots of fun and a great deal.

Exceptional service from the hotel staff, particularly Mr. Daya, ensuring a wonderful weekend stay. The spa services added to the experience, enhancing relaxation and overall satisfaction. Highly recommend this hotel for attentive service and a rejuvenating atmosphere.

Worst service at the restaurant for lunch, our room was dark and humid. We didn’t appreciate the stay we switched for another hotel. The positive point is the hotel is directly downtown, near everything and frontdesk service really good. I would not give more than 4 stars

I was told check in at 3pm, when on Expedia letter it mentioned 2pm, I had long wait before room was provided. Its not a 5 star hotel - maybe 2.5 star- room given to me was dated, damp, flaking on wall paint with damp--work carried out after 12am -above my room- these went on all night with banging noise even after I rang receptionist. Breakfast is good- there was no welcome drink-just water was provided after I asked for it. I was ill next day and could not go for breakfast so I asked my wife to get me some fruit, toast and tea which the canteen staff refused to take -even though we had paid for breakfast- there are lot better hotels in the vicinity for premier price I paid.

Nice hotel near Baga beach
The bar staff were really attentive and extremely helpful. The cleaning staff did an amazing job and they would clean your room twice a day. It’s a lovely pool and we didn’t have any issues getting sun loungers. The only issue was that the sun loungers didn’t have any padding and were quite uncomfortable after a while. Had an issue at check out as we were advised at check in and when booking the hotel online that we had 15% off food & beverages. When it came to check out, we were advised that it only included soft drinks. We challenged the fact it doesn’t state that on the website or in T&C’s and they did end up honouring 15% off alcoholic beverages too but we are certain that many people will have been ripped off by this in the past! Overall, the hotel was good. The rooms were very spacious and the bed was comfortable! I’d highly recommend the pizza’s that you can order from the bar staff.

Comfortable stay
The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are good. The breakfast counters are crowded post 9:30am, but this warning is posted everywhere. Overall, good experience.

Decent property. But didn't feel like a 5-star hotel. AC was leaking water. Windows were splattered with paint or paint run-off. Overall building condition was poor with paint peeling off in many locations, edges of walls were chipped in the main corridors. The hotel is not properly maintained it seems.

We unfortunately had a terrible stay at this hotel! As 2 woman travelling together my sister and I felt very unsafe as there were large groups of men also staying and they were very inappropriate towards us and there is not a security presence at the hotel to discourage this. We also found animal droppings in our bathroom and the room wasn’t very clean. The Wi-Fi did not work for a large proportion of our stay and room the staff a long time to acknowledge this and deal with the issue.

The stay was comfortable, however it was too crowded and hence we did not enjoy the breakfast. But that wasn't the hotels fault. The hotel was full and the staff was taking the best possible efforts to serve everyone.

Our stay was terrible. Staff was really rude especially the manager Upinder. The way in which they spoke to us was demeaning and without any understanding of our issues. The room was bad and dusty. We had allergies the whole trip and sleepless nights. Food at breakfast buffet is decent but everything else was sub par

It is very ordinary property not upto the hard rock quality.....the service is not so welcoming....the internet at hotel both the regular network and wifi is horrible....I am definitely not visiting this place....

The best part about the hotel is its location. It's quite close to Baga and Calangute. The hotel overall is nicely made. The parking space is a bit tight.

Amazing stay, staff were so friendly and the room was beyond comfy. We extended our stay so we could have one more night with those amazing pillows! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Goa now we’ve had the Hard Rock experience.

Being an outside entry hotel the staff is always cleaning up water from common areas, including hallways in front of guest rooms. Limited late food service menu. Breakfast was done when it was gone. Very difficult to get anyone’s attention to order anything. They just wanted everyone to get out so they could fill the rooms. Not a good experience. If you are going to have an open air reception, spend some funds on decent fans as the bugs and heat were ridiculous.

the entire theme around ROCK and MUSIC was great. The rooms were 90% there...few rough edges in washroom...but nothing that was a deal breaker. Beds were super comfortable though. Breakfast was awesome.
