In an excellent location central to town centre, Management very helpful, clean rooms but getting a little "tired" we did not have any kind of view from our balcony but that and no lift to help with getting luggage to room (3 floors) was the only negatives

Unfortunately I wasn't aware of the 2 flights of steps which isn't helpful when you have a baby and a pram. The airconditioners went from noisy to quiet all the time. The couch sunk and the mattress springs could be seen from the side of the bed. The fans and exhausts were filthy.

This is a place I will return to it is very clean & well kept I am very fussy about this but they do a wonderful job of keeping things in good order. The greetings are very friendly & polite with a good atmosphere. I have had equal but never better.

Walking distance to everything. The room was very musty smelling. I had to ask for clean towels and we stayed 3 days.

Hi Anonymous, Sad to hear that the room was musty,as we have just gone through a deep clean of all the suites. It may have been the new mulch we have put on the gardens. Sorry for your disappointment.

Very friendly guy manager. Very convenient location. Clean, nice. I wanted to stay another night, but it was sold out when I checked wotif twice as the office was closed because of the public holiday. Top spot.

Lovely lady who owns facilities at the front desk. I totalled a rental car within 3 blocks of condos. They were very helpful on suggesting and booking Karunda without the need for a car.

It was convenient because I don't drive it was lovely to walk across to do my shopping only when I had to bring shopping was a struggle with the flight of stairs. I might be luckly next time to ask for room on the first floor, otherwise the kitchenette, laundry facilities were what I wanted. The staff was very helpful and pleasant I would recommend to visit it again co beautiful and clean. Thank you

Mid city apartment
Convenient to mid city. Not too far to walk to esplanard. Comfortable but starting to date a bit. Pool ok but a lot of concrete without any landscaping.

Great Location
We were down for medical appointments and of course to shop, oh boy did we shop. Very thoughtful managers helped with all the cases. Rooms perfect and location great for Cairns Central.

Had a fantastic stay, close to everything. Staff went out of their way to assist us with parking and even carried some of our belongings upstairs to our appartments. The stay was so pleasant due to the excellent staff.
